Mark ScerraIt took over five gallons to fill the tank at the end, which was certainly more gas than I used to drive 50 miles since the van said it was getting 17 mpg, so it seems that the previous user had not adequately filled the tank. You should be more careful when people fill the tank other than at your station.

Steven PestkaThere was no attendant at the drop off location even when Uhaul said the location was open on a Sunday afternoon. Sign on the door said back in 20 minutes, Never showed up. I parked the truck and foudn the key drop which was not easy to find. All good - very convenient to where I live.
Charles SpoffordI ordered pads as I had to move expensive furniture. They did not tell me they had no pads before I arrived. I asked for straps instead, which they had none. I then was charged for two reservations although I only had one reservation and am still waiting for a call back/refund.

Katrina CapizziLocation was convenient but they didn't have the supplemental equipment we ordered. Yes, we didn't pay for it, but our moving experience would have been easier. Also, office space and equipment storage appeared unkempt.
Michael FreireDO NOT USE - This is a gas station location with no on-site parking allowed- I walked 7 minutes from my car. The attendant was a teen who told me this was Day 2 on the job. I guided him through the U Haul checkout process. He forgot to give me my license and card back. He was in a muscle shirt. I don't blame a teenager but... His boss left him there alone. I had to repark the truck for him because he doesn't have a driver's license. He forgot to "Return" the truck so I got an angry email from U Haul asking what I did with their truck. He was very nice, for a kid. I'd train him properly and give him a raise, since his desk has a nightstick swinging from a peg behind him, just in case.
JEFFREY BELANDWhen we arrived, we were able to see but not access the Uhaul van we ordered because the attendant could not locate the keys to the vehicle. They did honor the van pricing and gave us a small truck instead but it was bigger than our needs. Personally, I will give that location another chance as they were courteous and agreed to a positive solution. But I would need to verify reliability before referring that location to anyone I know.

Cliff MeggisonI was charged $14 for insurance that I specifically said I wanted to waive. Also the inside of the truck was dirty (there was a sticky brown material on the hand hold to get in/out of the truck, I tried to wipe it off with a wet towel and couldn't get it, so I left it, but still gross). Also the truck smelled like smoke.
