We returned the trailer to this location, they was closed, due to their air condition breaking, and did not leave a phone number . we was on our phone to U-Haul for quite sometime in 110 degree heat.

Not sure if they new that side board on inside of trailer was glued back on and did not hold rope I put through it to hold object. Board came off but I used metal tie downs on bottom of trailer to hold item down. Not really a problem but thought I would mention it

After dropping the tow dolly I received a call from them asking me were I dropped it cause it wasn’t there I placed it were they asked to put it at they had other equipment and none of it was locked at all with full access to it from anyone

It took 1.5 hrs to check out the equipment despite being the only customer there. The problem was with the computer system. The truck cargo door was stuck shut. This was not discovered until 300 miles away when we went to load it. The location has no bathroom. Because the location is in a sketchy neighborhood, no other businesses have public restrooms. This was extremely uncomfortable.

I was charged twice for gas because it was less then a cm from where it started I paid $45 for gas this will be my first and last time using Uhaul I hate it with a passion now thanks for the horrible experience

I explained to used a small trailer they did not have, only 9 feet long so filthy and so dirty with soils, they don have small trailer for the right small trailer.. I ride my motorcycle in small box trailer.. that was my customer service

These comments are not directed towards what improvements can be made but instead toward what excellence exists. Perly, the manager, was extremely helpful with the whole process. She was kind and knowledgeableable. She also made sure that i understood everything about the rental. By the time i brought the truck back I felt I had made a new friend. I will definitely go to "Perly" for my next rental....Perly is a credit to her neighborhood, and to the U-Haul family. Thanks U-Haul....

I dont know if it was the website or the computer at the location but the lady was having trouble finishing the paperwork. I did it faster on my phone in front or her.

Not a convenient location, had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up at 10:45am. Passed 3 other U-haul locations much closer, had to go across town, not easy in Las Vegas. Our rental listing was not even in the drop off locations computer. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

I'd have to say add another plug in so you can charge your cellphone or other gadgets people use. Because the cigarette lighter plug is used for the GPS so yeah more plugs.

This woman over charged me. I was quoted $79 for the car hauler. When I picked it up she charged me $214. I was a little distressed and did not realize she over charged me. Now three weeks later i am still waiting for my refund to hit my account. All in all I know I should have paid closer attention at the time of pick up, making sure I was charged what I was quoted.

I called ahead of time to make sure this location was open on President's day. They said they would be open until 4pm. I arrived before 4pm and the location was closed. When I called again, the person who answered the call said that the owner or something would be back in an hour, which was past 4pm. The person who answered the phone then hung up on me and did not answer my call when I tried calling again. There was a place to drop off my key at the door but also a sign that said to "sign in to uhaul.com before dropping off the key". I do not have access to the internet on my phone so I was not able to "sign in to uhaul.com". I had to call the SF Uhaul location which directed me to customer service to help with my drop-off. At that point, somebody finally opened the door to the office and took my key saying that most people just drop off their key at the door. I told the person that I was not able to just drop off my key because the sign on the door said to sign in to uhaul.com before dropping off the key. The person at the door said I didn't have to do that...which made me question why that sign was even on the door in the first place. Long story short, the return process was extremely confusing, and i really did not appreciate being told that the office would be open when the office was closed when i got there.
