Deborah SI rented at location in mineola, Texas, when I arrived to pick up I was informed the location had been moved to grand saline. This cost me extra mileage and an extra hour and a half in my rental time. Also cost me extra money because I had people hired to help me move. Have used uhaul several times and honestly probably never will again after this experience. Both locations stated this is a common problem done by the corporate office.

Marvin FThe app to check in and out of the rental truck is impossible to use. Several pictures were taken of the I.D. used to match the one on file and it constantly failed. This app needs to be revamped to make it consumer friendly and effective for the website.
Samuel TI rent trucks from McCoy's pretty frequently. Cecil always takes good care of me. I have never had any problems with any of the equipment. The service is quick and efficient and I will continue to rent there.

Mia DIt was trashy and very uninviting. There were confederate flags on the wall and I would presume if you were a minority you would feel very uncomfortable and uneasy being there.

JOHNNY CI dropped off after hours, so I cannot rate custo.er service. The locations was a bit difficult to find on Google maps, and not well lit, but was clean and easily accessible with the truck. Based on my need to drop off after hours, I would still recommend this location.
