This location was not convenient at all to where I wanted to drop off, I passed one much closer that was not offered as a drop off location,

Rich JDid not like the 24/7 pickup option. It took almost a hour, with the help of a U-Haul customer service person on the phone helping, to get through the process needed to be able to drive off with the truck! The pick up site was fine, and the truck had no issues. The problem was using the app to get the truck was way too difficult.
Scott ODon't use the online app! Don't call u-haul 800 number. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Call the location or go to the location. The folks at the location were very helpful. Truck had a wobble in the front end.

WAYMON HTrailers should have guide wheels. the 6x12 is extremely heavy and it required 2 people to get the hitch on
Steve WThe return process using the U-Haul application on my phone did not work. It never gave feedback that it detected my location so the app was essentially stuck. I had to call a person to complete the return. If the app had worked as it should have then the return experience would have been as good as the pick-up. U-Haul provides an excellent service in my case where owning an enclosed trailer does not make sense. Feedback is constructive so you can improve the experience for the customer.

Kenneth DLady was real nice and polite. Inside of truck had dog hair and sticky stuff everywhere. Had to wipe off all the surfaces inside to get the sticky off before our 10 hour drive. Truck has 92k miles and is very tired. Truck needs to be restricted to local moves only. I've driven one these trucks with 14k miles and it's great. Was hoping for that again but not this time. Will consider other moving truck companies next time. Retire this truck.

Hal LWhat can I say about Chad and this location. I"m so thankful to God that I called his location. He went Above and Beyond to help me when I was Literally Stranded almost 500 miles from Home! I can't thank Him and the staff Enough for all of their help and accommodations. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this location to Anyone that needs a Truck or additional equipment. I owe him more than he will ever know!! If I'm ever in that area again I have to take him out for some beers or dinner or something. BreAnna LMore transparency when reserving a moving truck. A truck was reserved in Columbia many weeks before the move. The day before the move, we received a message that the truck was not available at the location we reserved. We had to drive 30 min. outside of Columbia to pick up a truck at a very rural convenience store. The owners barely spoke English.
