No issues at all. The online pickup and drop off works well; it's a little cumbersome to use at times but nothing too bad.

When driving the truck, when you put brakes on the rpm spike up to 5000. Truck is broken, they should have never let us drive that truck.

Although the truck was clean and generally maintained, it was almost due for an oil change as the Change Oil Soon light kept coming on. Checking the computer, it was at 3 %.

MY last checkin was a real hassle as the in-person checkin was not accepting checkins due to other staffing demands. I was advised to use web checkin but that was problematic. After numerous failed web checkins the lady who normally runs the in-person checkins was able to help me pickup my rental. Thanks to her.

The staff at this location are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I would never return there to be spoken down to and treated like crap. These people need to learn manners.

Online registration is to hard. Took me over 2 hours to register. Same thing returning the truck. Kept bringing me back to rent a new truck. Was not happy at all. I was very tired and all it did was frustrate me even more

They added a 25 dollar cleaning charge to my bill which was not on original bill. They were complaining about leaving work by 4pm when on their website they do not close till 5pm. I would not recommend this location.

The website seems to be a little buggy with the mobile pickup/dropoff process. There were instances where the webpage would go blank and would go back to normal several minutes later.

The door was scary springy (almost dangerous) when we got it. When I went to chose if it was clean the women helping said oh don't bother so when I first opened the door it was scary. Then we got to our location and the door was back to like a normal door that you'd have to push open. So I think just a fluke! Great little trailer and easy to drive with. Would rent again

I was billed for two day when I clearly only had it for one. Other then being double charged I would say the Uhaul's trailer was in excellent shape. Now mind you the Ethan Kennedy your Area Field Manager looked after me and I would like to say you have a great Manager.

The mobile check-in process doesn't work properly in Chrome on an iPhone, camera doesn't work when you ask for pictures…have to switch browsers, but if a pain…other than that, works well

I've used services from this dealer twice now. And both times I was charged an extra $20 for after hours??? I dropped the trailer off a day early and was not reimbursed for the day, in fact was over charged. A trailer rental that should have cost $120 managed to cost $220!!??? It was a 5x 8 trailer@19,95 a day and I had it for 5 days. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone, and I will actually go out of my way to make sure others know exactly how their business is run. I'm absolutely disgusted and appalled that anyone could/would do this to paying and loyal customers.

Requested to pick up in Collingwood but when I arrived there and called the location was told not confirmed and was told confirmed in Hanover..had to drive 1 hour 20 minutes each way to pick truck up. Stressful day made much worse by uhaul...need to improve coverage so driving 2,5 hours out of the way to get truck doesn't happen. Would appreciate credit toward next rental. Thank u Martin Dykstra

Make sure the U-Haul makes sure it's properly maintenanced and it doesn't sound like it's going to explode when you drive it.

McArthur Tire was amazing to deal with!! And our overall experience was a good one… but it didn't start that way. Uhaul's website needs to be much clearer (in big bold lettering) to indicate that the pickup location you choose is not a guarantee that your trailer will be there. When we got the call to “confirm” the details we were going to have to drive an hour each way to get the trailer we ordered. Yes, looking closely we can read that between the lines but it needs to be more obvious. We started out completely disappointed but when we talked to McArthur Tire, they made some phone calls and were able to get us a trailer. So, happy ending to a not-so-happy start!!

Finding out that my pick-up location was an hour from my ordered location was the first strike against my rental experience. And while the staff was able to accommodate switching the size of the truck that we had originally ordered, the second strike was the maintenance and care of the truck. With balding tires, a crack in the windshield, and squealing breaks that could wake the dead, we question if this truck would pass a safety.

Only one person at this site knows how to book, release and return a u-haul truck. Making it much harder for a business to pick up a truck when the drivers are occasional employees and don't have the phones to do this on site by phone.

Have the truck at the location requested especially after booking six weeks in advance and still having to drive an hour and a half from our residence. Not impressed with that because we paid out a lot more fuel and mileage fees than we needed to.

Was charge $280 for the vehicle and when I return it with a full tank, it won't up to $370's. I don't think I will use u-haul again.

U Haul can clarify how they process visa payments. My account shows a charge pending, before I had even returned the truck and then a 2nd charge showing the actual amount. Are you processing both, one, or issuing credit ?

Get to people in a more timely manner. As I went in the one guy was like “ you need to wait for the uhaul rep that's cleaning units” the trailer I was told by the rep wasn't looked at prior to being there. The chains were obviously dragged before I got to it and showed the rep before leaving so I wasn't blamed. So they need to be replaced. (The are triangular links instead of round and about half the size they should be)

Trailer had not been swept clean and had branches in it at pick up. No assistance was offered to unhook the trailer at return. Agent seemed annoyed when I asked for help.

The app did not work for us to pick up our vehicle. We wasted 1/2 hrs or more with Chat and phone calls. Eventually they were able to get us processed and provide lock code. The lock device at the location was a bit of a struggle to open the lock but we did get it. Based on that whole experience I would give 2 stars only.

Ordered a uhaul truck for a one way drop off over 2 months ago to move tomorrow and they call me day before to tell me they're are NO TRUCKS available for one way. First off, if you can't satisfy customer orders DONT have it as an option. Also, uhaul does not compensate for the inconvenience of us having to drive 1 1/2 hours to Hanover to go get the uhaul in the first place because they did not have one available in KITCHENER which is the location I booked for pick up The fact scheduling leaves this communication till less than 24 hours leave people with no chance to make alternate arrangements This has nothing to do with the location we ended picking up from, they were good. They have to deal with the brunt of uhaul's terrible service as most of the rental dealers are just trying to provide a service to the locals. I will personally never try to book with uhaul again. Gas was an additional 100 dollars with no compensation.

I found the on-line booking somewhat confusing. I allowed me to initially book a 10' truck and when the contract was finally set up it was for a cargo van, as no trucks were available at this location. The on-line site indicated there was. Anyways, went with the van, and all was OK, just a bit more awkward loading for me.

The vehicle was clean, but the steering is going on the truck. It pulled us all over the road and the steering wheel felt loose! Definitely needs to go to the shop!

Tie Downs are in adequate! Wire D-Rings are a joke! I Rented a Trailer from U-haul with Tie Downs, and U-Haul failed to deliver. Horrible Experience.

Service representative was unable to explain the pricing of my rental to me. Said that she was just there to give me the vehicle. In the past, the service rep would walk out to the truck with me, show me where the ruck was or bring it to the front, and do the inspection together. This was not the case. The van was not cleared of snow and we were not told which vehicle was ours, nor was it explained how the pre inspection or return inspection was to be done; no mention of needing to be at the truck to take live pictures (retuning the truck took way to long as I needed to return to the truck on three occassions.

Trailers should come with a spare tire. Trailer door needed maintenance and lubrication, it did not roll smoothly.

Well I got the truck with 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up and I fill it up to 1/4 when I dropped it off and still got charged for a gas fill up on my credit card not vary happy with that at all for that reason I will probably not rent from This company again 😠

Make sure old snow and ice was cleaned off mine was supper hard to clean and it didn't snow the night before so it could of been done! I would understand more I'd it was fresh bit it wasn't other than that overall very exceptional
