Check the tires. There was one that only had 20lbs of air and it was suppose to have 65. Also, when I called them and told them it need air they said to bring it in and they would change it. I think I would have been better to have them come and change it at my location. What if it was totally flat? They said to get some air in it...that is dumb... what if I couldn't get air??Candy M.

The only problem I have with this location is that it's far too much to ask the customer to do the hookup. Then expect us to send pictures to make sure it's right. There are women and older people that might not be able to lift a trailer to connect it.KENDALL A.

Just continue providing excellent service and such well maintained equipment. Our truck never gave us even a hint of a problem. It drove and handled extremely well and the gas mileage for a 26' vehicle with a three bedroom load was much better than we anticipated. I was shocked that a 19,95 $ truck rental that I used for 12 miles had a final cost of approximately 50 $. The advertised price is very misleading. The 50 $did not include the 10 $in gas. So what I thought would be a total cost of about 30 $including gas, was twice the amount. BTY, there were charges on the final bill that I was not informed about up front.patrica F.

My complaint is not with the location but UHual in general. This is not where I reserved to pick up my truck. The customer service rep in the central location was rude. Ended up having to go 30 miles further each way , so an additional 120 mile charge plus gas and had to pay for an extra day so I would be sure I had the truck or I was going to lose my moving crew I hired. Ended up costing more than double what I thought I was going to pay. Very upset about the entire ordeal.Katie Y.

Arrive at 8am I said good morning the store manager said I'll be with you. 2 customers came in behind me 5 minutes later and she assisted the 1st, I explained to her that I was next in line and the customers behind me said his next, she still didn't acknowledge that. Poor serviceEric C.
The utilization of the U-Haul mobile app and pickup process was a NIGHTMARE ~ Absolutely RIDICULOUS ~ Overly BURDENSOME ~ The process is poorly designed and ill-suited for anyone attempting to utilize this method while standing in parking lot on a cell phone, taking photographs and attempting to navigate the multiple required tasks ~ Due to these issues, we will NOT be utilizing this service in the future and will consider Ryder when we need to rent a truck or trailer from a facility that may not be open with an employee on duty. This is NOT the fault of McBride's Auto, but clearly a problem with U-Haul.Sam B.

There are several dealers in this area. These people close up early, leaving McBride's the only dealer open, even though they have excess equipment to rent. This puts all the strain on McBrides. There should be something that could be done to improve this situation.Edward R.

When a customer return the U-Haul expectations of the vehicle should be clean, so when the customer goes to rent a U-Haul it should be clean! The U-Haul I rented was not clean and had roaches, and do not have roache, so therefore it's possible I can have them in my furniture now. Not good at all!tamara C.

Make sure not to charge excess holding fees when it's not the customers fault that the facility is not open on the next business day after rental. Could have resulted in the customer having several over draft fees.Deirdre C.

I was ready to slam U-Haul on social media and never use you again. But the young man (Brandon) who handled our return of the trailer at the Woodstock, GA, location convinced me to try reporting the issues to you first. He said U-Haul really does care and wants to know about bad experiences. First, your call center associate when I called to reserve a trailer (Reservation # Number:86607888) did not listen. I specifically told him that we were in a section of rural Mississippi and I wanted a U-Haul location that could provide all our needs â€" even if it meant driving up to an hour. Thought we were set until arriving the next morning to find an elderly woman at a storage location who informed us we would need to lift the trailer on to our own vehicle and no, she had no equipment/jack or people to help, and no, she had no pads nor any of the other supplies we ordered. She said â€œour business is storage. U-haul is a side business for us and we wouldn't have that trailer at all if someone had not left it outside our gate one night.â€ I called U-Haul back and they were able to re-route me to McBride's that had a trailer, help to hook it up and pads, but none of the other supplies. Lowe's wound up getting our packaging supply business. Bottom line: We spent an extra 2 hours driving around to finally get what we were promised over the phone. We lost 2 hours of helpers who could not stay longer to help. U-Haul's failure to deliver on what was promised added to the stress of a newborn and a funeral (the trailer was to move items from the deceased's house). Do you care?debra S.
