I had to go to two locations and it took me 2 1/2 hours to get a 5 x 8 trailer that I had reserved at one location good morning sir
Jay MBoth of the employees when I picked up and dropped off were friendly and helpful. check in and check out was quick, uhaul was clean and did what I needed it to do. Tires looked good, lots of tread, A/C was cold. I would rent from them again. Merci.

Stephen JThe address instructions on the listing is wrong, specifically it lists the wrong corner for the location. The mobile location services are not great, I had to get out of my car and walk into the store with my phone in order for it to recognize I was at the right place, it would not work from the comfort of my vehicle sitting out front of the store.

Steve HI marked that the truck was clean because I was in a hurry but it was actually rather dirty. Cup holders full of cigarette ashes. Dash was rather grimy.
Gerardo EThese guys were not customer friendly, didn't greet me or thank me for my business. They were like surprised when they saw me and took a while on their personal cell phones to find my reservation. I had a reservation number but they didn't want it. I requested a furniture dolly and was charged for it but when I went to get the truck they had none in stock. I did get reimbursed my $7 but i was really depending on a furniture dolly. Also, when I got to my apartment to load tru k their was a appliance dolly in back truck. They have no clue or keep up with their inventory. I usually rent from your Sun Lakes U (so much better) I live close to this branch.

Ian CCustomer service was terrible. Uhaul took forever to actually rent. I got charged for equipment that was never actually in the truck. Just an overall terrible experience, would NOT recommend!
Irvin DI was charged twice for the pads and utility dolly. Dont know whose mistake was that but I still couldnt manage time to call uhaul and resolve this issue. It also took me around 40 mins to check the truck out. They have to reduce that time. I will not recommend anyone further.
SHEIKH AThe representative had Less knowledge and was not able to help me with my questions. The tank was empty and it was a dilemma on whether to proceed or not as the representative was not able to explain the procedure properly.

Kelly MBetter maintenance; one of the tires needed air. the dolly on the back was loose at pick up and had to tightened because it kept banging around. The Gas tank was only 3/4 full. In addition, long lines inside store.
Miguel MThis is the worst place ever the guy had no idea what he was doing it' took him two!!! Hrs to get me settled with a truck, kid had to try on teblet then he has his boss on phone and every customer would be taken care of immediately , so I had to wait until he was done with one person after another twice! Got changed for stuff I didn't agree to and the dollie was not secure down , no moving blankets, rollers (they had it inside for store use,) and it had no ramp , my body is covered with bruises from moving because my truck had no ramps!!! But that's not even the worst thing...I took pictures of everything and I was untrusting of the place and suspision's was spot on ! The miles on their system were different! The guy wanted to charge me for a full gas tank , ... U-HAUL was dirty, sticky and dusty..I cleaned it ofcourse because I didn't want a cleaning fee that I didn't deserve. If I wouldn't have taken pictures and videos I will have been charged for everything that I pointed out. Had to show him the video of the items not provided, how dirty it was the miles and the amount of gas it had... And for him to believe me the video details of time stamp to easy his mind that I took the picture and video before I left. Do not go to that gas station it's a scam.
daisy wThe people did not have documentation we were supposed to drop off there. System was down and they had no way to document that the truck was returned. Had to have him sign paper that it was turned back in

David HI've never experienced picking up a uhaul almost completely empty on gas. Was very annoyed as the check in took longer than expected then we had to get gas not to mention there was a fuel charge of $9 on the receipt?
Abrielle HWas displeased when arrived to p/u the truck. Originally reserved a 10ft truck but the only one avail was a 15ft truck, which was too big. Disputed the rental charge because I only needed a 10ft truck. I hope that the amount I paid was for a 10ft truck. The trip overall went well and returned the truck with no issues. MARIE TEmployee kept me waiting. And every time another customer came through the door he would take care of them . Not friendly, or anything.

Matthew Wimprove the software used by uhaul. The person that helped me check in at the store was excellent and deserves recognition.
Matthew RThe man that was "helping" me out was awful and didn't know what he was doing. I waited over 3 hours to get the keys with my two 3 yr old Boys. It was absolutely ridiculous waiting that long and he just kept walking away saying "let me help these customers first." The WORST customer service ever. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone after this experience.
KRISTEL AThe assigned drop off on our contract was nonexistent. We had to make several calls to figure out where to drop of the truck rental.
TAMMERA JI would recommend the location but I wouldn't recommend uHaul. Their mobile check in process is a joke. Constant "no network access" issues despite having great service. They even make you include employer information whom which they contact to verify you which is just embarrassing. If you want to move but not have the company harass you, go Penske.

Michael GNEVER do the mobile pick up. Worst experience Ive had with them. #1-- it is not a U-Haul location which I thought it was. #2-- the woman at the front desk of the gas station where I had to pick it up had no idea where the keys were...seems like no one is trained to take care of this. Even when I dropped it off, another lady had no idea what I was doing...she wasnt sure if she was supposed to take my key.. #3-- there was no dolly in the truck and it TOOK FOREVER to get ahold of customer service and to get my money back.

I wasn't aware of the amount of time it takes just to receive approval. It took 5 minutes before anyone picked up On the online chat and I was in a time crunch. SABRINA AThe seatbelt was so sharp it left a red line on my neck after it scrapped my while driving. 2 days later and I still have that line on my neck, had I been in an accident that could have definitely cut way deeper than it did. The uhaul needs new seatbelts for serious safety reasons! Immediately.

Nicole MTook a hour and a half to finally get the keys to the rental stood for the whole time at the shell location on Mclintock n Elliot then upon returning the wheels locked I was unable to move the vehicle from the gas pump sat in the heat for two hours until the tow truck arrived as many times as I have rented from Uhaul I have never had an experience like this before I sure hope I was compensated for the rental after waiting in the heat I wanted to go to the emergency room for heat related issues I hope this never happens to another customer ever again
Deitrich HI used mobile check in, but the van number was not on the lot. Apparently it was checked in or rented out incorrectly. It took us an hour and 20 mins to get out of there. The clerk had too much to do, she had to tend to the store and us. Plus the card was not working on their system. It was a cluster of issues. What shouldve been a 5 min check in turned out to make us lose time in moving because of the curfew and had to extend another day.
