Get rid of that location I’ll tell you this I will never use uhaul again ever never. The person at this location called and threatened me told me I needed to find her trailer I don’t work for uhaul it’s not my job to track down equipment your breakdown people had towed when I flipped she then informed me she would just keep charging my card to hell with uhaul when I called your customer service line I told that woman everything and she acted like it was no big deal I promise this I will tell everyone I can not to use uhaul.

They canceled my pick up without informing me when I had confirmed with them day before. No nimber to reach after hours. Spent 2 hours on phone to get mobile pick up working again. I had driven from canada to pick up and was really stressed out when reservation was canceled and no other truck was available.

U-Haul changed my pick-up location a day before my scheduled pick-up. The new location added 25 miles round trip to my mileage. They charged me for the extra miles. I reached out to dispute the charge 3 times but was never contacted.

The after-hours process needs to be cleaned up. Too many Hoops to jump through and the technological issues with the browsers will be a great heads-up. I spent over 2 hours of my time trying to figure out how to finish the check in portion of it and was told I was using the wrong web browser.

24/7 didn't work and the lady who owns the store was late opening the store plus she didn't have the pads I had ordered. She had issues with the computer system and now I have 2 pending charges against my credit card I used for the truck rental. If I had been successful with the 24/7 app on my phone I would not have had the appliance dolly nor the blanket/pads I had ordered. So this place apparently does not pay attention to what corporate sets up for customer orders. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service was terrible.

The Uhaul regional office "lost" my reservation and gave away my truck. The staff at the office bent over backward to find me another. Much obliged, but i wish there was better inter-location coordination.

When we picked up the truck we discovered that the inside of it was dirty. It looked like there had been dirt moved by the previous user. Also, when we were leaving the location we discovered that they put the gas tank as 7/8 full when it was only 3/4 full. The fuel may not seem like a big deal but with fuel prices, that is easily $10-15! Overall, we were disappointed with this location and UHAUL. We will definitely be looking into other options in the future.

Old equipment. I entered all my information online however none of it was received at the location so had to waste time giving all info again. BIGGEST PROBLEM... Got to destination and went to drive car onto trailer and it lifted up off the ball and nearly hit our truck. The lady didn't install it correctly! Luckily no damage occurred and trailer stayed on during drive.

I scheduled my pick up to be within a mile of where my daughter lived and when I got there my pick up point was moved miles away form my choice. I was not notified of the change and as a result our daughter had to leave within minutes of our getting to her house for a job interview. Leaving us short handed to load the truck. I was not a happy customer!

The only thing I am very unhappy with is that I was way overcharged for the one way rental from Ohio to Jacksonville, FL for a 6' X 12' trailer. I feel that a 2 day rental for a trailer should not cost over $600.00. That is ridiculous, but I had to rent it and had to pay that crazy fee. the location is small, and attached to a auto repair shop. but I got a very nice truck and the lady that helped me get a contract was very nice and helpful and pleasant She provided me with a very low mileage clean truck and was quick and helpful in the rental procedures

I expected to do a walk-around inspection of the trailer when I turned it in. Instead, I unhooked the trailer myself, pushed it to a parking spot, a took my contract the the guys inside. They asked about my vehicle make and model, and how many miles I had on it. Not sure how that applied to my rental.

The truck was clean but was dented up. While dented, the location had a clear history of the damage so as to protect me from being charged for damages incurred by previous customers. The interior was clean and ready to go. This location appears to be new and needs time to mature before I will go back. They lacked supplies other than boxes (e.g., tie down rope, tape, etc) Also Understand that my review is impacted by the total disgust I have regarding the online scheduling process you have. What a waste of my time to use. The original reservation was for another site that I use all the time. A day prior to the scheduled pickup date I was informed of a new pick up location and a much later pickup time. I do not understand why the website allowed me to schedule the location and pickup time when the truck was not there and the time was not available. Both of these issues had a negative impact on the planned use of the truck and travel plans I had made assuming that the truck was going to be available at the location and time I selected. I believe that you need to rethink your e-commerce strategy and quit causing issues for your customers who schedule events around the intended pickup time and location! As an alternative - drop the website scheduling process - it seems to get a lot of negative comments!

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE It was not the location...it was Uhaul in general which was a complete NIGHTMARES! 1st, on your website I chose a location within walking distance of my moving from location and pretty close to my final location.Then three hours after my reservation I get an email telling me to pick up my truck 21 miles from my house. Then the email had me dropping off almost back at the house I moved from. All and all this added 80 miles to my trip and with traffic, 3 hours of inconvenience. Call Uhaul and thought some of these issues would be resolved. 2nd- When I picked up my truck the drop off address had still not been changed. The girl got on a map and we selected the best drop off for my truck close to me end route. ANOTHER CONPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!! I go to the location we selected and the lady freaks out on me saying," I'm not going to get fired for your mistakes and problems" when I was trying to communicate that I had personally selected her location the day before with a Uhaul rep. Ended up in the phone with Uhaul and they kindly pushed back my time, but required a 45 mile round trip to get the truck back to where they wanted it. Added to this....when the re-routing took place, they had my MILAGE limit low and did not take into account for all the extra pick up and drop off points. Overall- my leading from Uhaul more than 10 times locally and across the nation was trumped by this experience.

Repair the bad fender directional light !!! Fell off after the first 50 miles on the road. It was Damaged when I picked it up but the person said that u-haul knows about it !!(due to an x mark next to light) Also all the rachet tie downs were not working properly, very hard to get tight because rachet would slip while trying to tighten up the harness. Had to stop several times or more to tighten up. Worried for 650 miles that the police would stop me and give me a ticket over the light not being right on the trailer. Had to tape it onto the fender with electrical tape and hope it would stay that way .. I think that U-Haul should give me some money back for the problem and the worries I had to indure with there falty Equipment !

I was expecting to get a free months rental, that is why I went with Uhaul and not Budget that was renting me a truck for cheaper. When I got to the drop-off location which I had also selected as my storage place. I was never informed that that location did not honor one month free rental, which put me in a financial bind. I feel that a customer should be told which locations they have to choose from at time of reservation and pick up!!

Everything would have been fine, except the text messages i received early Monday morning telling me i was overdue returning the truck when i wasn't. I spent all weekend moving, Monday was my day to sleep in and i had to work the night shift monday night. Getting a text message at 9 am telling me the truck didn't get turned in infuriated me. Then i tried to call expresszone to clear it up, and from 9 am to 10 am, no one answered when they open at 9. So i drove over there at 10:15 to make sure everything was ok, the guy was just pulling in. He told me the reason i got the messages was because he hadnt put it in the computer that i had returned the truck yet. I'm very upset about having to spend an hour and a half trying to make sure i wasn't getting charged a late fee only because the employee hadn't done his job yet.
