Communicate operating hours of location and make app more user friendly. Pick up Transaction took over an hour and mobile pick up was very complicated.

Nadege TThe van was extremely dirty and nasty, so I decided not to place my belongings inside of it. It was a total waste of money because I didn't use it. The console had a sticking looking substance on it and could not have been wiped or detailed prior to my pick up. The van had red dirt on the seats and throughout the floor.

Hellen HI did everything online and all I needed to do was check in online. But my location was changed and I never got the phone call it said I was going to get. I had to drive to another location to pickup and everything I set up online I had to do over again. Not happy with this experience.
Seth PLoved the convenience of the location. My only complaint was that there was a mix up in how I was supposed to get the key. I do believe the mix up was on UHaul.com end and not the actually location. The gentleman in the front office was very helpful in helping me obtain the key to the truck.
