Horrible experience. Truck ran horrible wouldn't go over 35 mph and battery died over night.

HORRIBLE all the way around. The attendee at the location was friendly but said he could see me struggling. Wow just watch and not help. Excellent

Hellen H.I did everything online and all I needed to do was check in online. But my location was changed and I never got the phone call it said I was going to get. I had to drive to another location to pickup and everything I set up online I had to do over again. Not happy with this experience.
Seth P.Loved the convenience of the location. My only complaint was that there was a mix up in how I was supposed to get the key. I do believe the mix up was on UHaul.com end and not the actually location. The gentleman in the front office was very helpful in helping me obtain the key to the truck.
