The People happened to be there on a Sunday and were very wonderful. The code would not work on lock they had to cut it off for us. If they had not been there we would have been up a creek. It was a last minute rental we drove from Tucson when Budget failed to have a truck even though we reserved a month ahead. Will always use uhaul from now on.
