The customer service person did not know how to register the Uhaul and auto transport, had to call a manager twice for assistance. There was damage (graffiti and truck damage) to both the truck and trailer which hadn't been documented and there was no assistance in getting the auto transport connected to the truck or getting our car on the auto transport. Could have been incredibly unsafe.

There was no information about the check in process. Wasted 3 hrs trying to get the truck. Was on phone with uhaul and went back and forth to uhaul dealership trying to figure out how to get truck. They changed location and mode of pick up a day before. Then the truck had cans and empty cups and trash in it which I had to remove. Overall experience sucked and I will likely not get a uhaul ever again.
