I was there for one month and when I came to get something out of the unit I found that my things were covered in mouse/rat poop. I moved out immediately.

The location was easy to get to but it was too far from where I was located. Unfortunatley, it seems it was the only one with a car hauler.

There was no key drop box and in the dark I had to tey and find it

They will steal your money remove money from your account without permission. There is nothing good about this company

No one was there when I returned the truck had to do it online.

They park the U-Haul in the mud. And then they charge me a 25 dallor clean up fee.

could rarely reach anyone at office gate was always open needing repairs which were while I was there never made. a couple of units had been broken into because of the lack of security there. although in the places defense they probably had cheap locks on their units.

Everything stolen in a week. Gate never closed, lock cut off. Police investigation underway. Lady on office was very nice and helpful.

No one there at pickup or drop-off. And charged for fuel that wasn't needed. Plus a cleaning fee. Truck had the same amount of fuel at drop-off as it did when picked up.. Just as clean in the back as it was when I picked it up. Would NEVER return to this location. Called the number provided numerous times. No answer and mailbox full.

The lock in the back of the truck was hard to open. There should be a better way of doing it in a secure manner.
