Only thing I didn't like I was scheduled for a one way in which I told customer service I needed it for about 3 days maybe 4. I rather had a day by day because at least I could of gotten a refund for the days that I didn't use or could be credited for the next time. It wasn't explained to me clearly I was so disappointed that I was getting a refund for neither the mileage that wasn't used either or the use of the truck in which it was to be returned on the 5th I returned it on the 3rd. 200 dollars gone.VEDAMONIQUE J.

The physical location was fine and the proprietor helpful, but the online pick-up process was confusing. I didn't have a clear understanding of the process as I arrived on site. It was further delayed when there were problems contacting one of my alternate contacts. it would have been much easier to pick-up in person that go through that process.Robert D.

The location was good but your process was very good at all. It took me 20 minutes to have someone give me the code to the key box. They also had to verify by calling my contact (my wife). I wouldn't use the contactless system again or even recommend it.Stuart H.

Thank God someone was at the uhaul pickup location at 630a when I picked up my truck because again your site is trash! I tried almost till 7a to get my truck and noone answered my calls or responded to the online chat. The woman at the pickup location was amazing and helpful. Location services on my phone would not work at his location but were all turned on. The person at the pick up place had to use his computer and muttered something about ,Ih, that's the problem.â€ Of course, I brought the van back at 7 pm as planned and could not check in. I called U Haul and after standing at a closed gas station for more than 30 minutes in 100 degree heat, I finally got an answer. They made notes on my file, I have a photo on my phone . I taped a note to the key and have not checked, but there had better not be an extra 20,00 $ charge on my credit card. Van was great!Lisa L.
Everything was great. I just happen to get the oldest truck in all the UHaul fleet that day. It ran great and had excellent brakes but it was a rattle trap and the A/C had a mind of its own. Overall a thumbs up.Guy Q.

This was not the original location for my pick up. I ordered a 20 ft truck at the Laburnum location at 8am it was supposed to be a truck share mobile pick up. I arrived on time and used my phone to pick up the truck. Nothing worked. It says to wait until 10am when the store opens. Unacceptable! I had no choice but to call another store and waste and hour driving, figuring out what to do next. I called another U-Haul store and they said they had a 15 ft truck available. So we drive there to the Elm st location and the person said it wasn't at this location but at the Mechanicsville Tnpk location.(Which was ok) At this point I was infuriated!! More wasted time and I didn't get what I really needed to move that day. Now I have to multiple trips with my own vehicles to get everything from my old place. Not happy with the customer service or how this was handled at all!!! The Laburnum location was the place that I really am upset with. Why does it have an option for an early pick up when it doesn't even open until 10am?Philip M.

I specificly asked the lady if she had a tow ball 2 and 5/16th ..The lady told us the tow ball on the box truck we got would fit our trailer and it didn't I would have never rented it if I knew it didn't fit but taking her word as a customer i trusted her words I was misled still had to pay for it pretty much I payed for a test drive very dissatisfied and will not reccomend this place to ANYONE and I will never go back ... now I'm out of 85 dollars and my trailer is still sitting in the same spot about to be towed tomorrow ... thanks ass holesalexis A.

There is no place in your survey to tell you all of the problems with Uhaul. I will use this place. First of all Uhaul does not know what its service locations are doing and the service locations do not know what Uhaul is doing. Right or wrong when I received my reservation, I understood it to tell me I needed to verify that my truck was satifactory to pull the van that I reserved. I called the number you send to me and spoke to someone. I remember may his name was John. He told me that I need to verify my truck an made me an appointment at my local Uhaul location. Note this for the verification was not the location that I made the reservation. Apparently not all locations are created equal. First inconvenience. I showed up at the location that John made a reservation but the gentleman there had no idea of what to do. second frustration. He called his manager and I call the number you gave me . This time I spoke to I think Lisa. I got very upset with her because she told me I did not need to get this verification. Well I had already spent hours calling arranging mly day around this appointment and going to the appointment. Frustration number 3 and 4.Leon K.

WHEN I ordered the trailer you wanted ot dropped off 2 hours out of my way, charged me additional 45 dollars to travel 2 hours out of my way. Then you changed my pick up location making me travel 90 minutes out of my way to pick it up. I am upset you charged me 45 dollars for drop off area, this place I dropped it off is 6 miles from my house. Making me go 42 miles one way out of my way to save 45 bucks is ridiculous I will use budget next time unless someone reimburses my card 45 bucks.Jeffrey B.

This was not the location I made my original reservation at. Here's the story... I called your 800 number several days in advance an a reservations person booked a truck for me at the Laburnum Ave location. It was for a 8:00 am pickup though the store opened at 10:00am. I was assured it was no problem, there was a system in place to pick up the truck early. I called the night before and confirm that everything was ready to go. I was assured it was, they were aware it was an early pickup and there would be no problem. I showed up at 8 AM the next morning, parked in front if the truck I reserved, went to the website to pick up my truck, saw my 8 AM reservation but when I tried to pick the truck up the website said the truck Is not available for early pick up and I had to wait till the store opens at 10:00am. I called the 800 number, was put on hold for 10 minutes before I was finally told the truck wasn't set up for 24/7 pickup and I would have to wait till the store opened or go to a different location. It was over an hour later that I finally drove off in a truck from the Mechanicsville location. The people there were great. I am not at all pleased with the service I received from the U-Haul corporate office. I found them disorganized and unreliable.John C.
