Not sure why you all asked for estimated mileage before I started. I overestimated it and then when I return they said I would not be refunded the difference but U-Haul did so all is good.

Slow, unsure check-in service. Attendant could not tell that mobile checkin had been finalized and I only needed a key. Also had to wait 30 minutes because of some issue with prior customer. Would not recommend location.

The staff person was responsive and helpful, but definitely needs training in hooking up trailers. Fortunately I've done this a few times and (mostly) knew what to do, and the instructions he gave me filled in the rest.

Reserved a truck and 2 dollys for our move and upon pick up we were told they had zero dollys. Tried called every other uhual around and no one would rent us just a dolly. Over all this location seems very unorganized and poorly managed.

There were stones in the box of the pickup truck. We had to clean it. In addition, even though I delivered the vehicle with a full tank, they took an extra $14,25 from me. Those who want to be scammed should go to this address.

This location is garbage. Never has dollies or other reserved equipment. Trucks are always dirty. Truck barely had any gas. Unpleasant clerk, was checking out his gas station customers in the middle of me getting my truck.

This location was awful - we arrive at our set time (11:30) and they tell us that the 10" truck that we rented is unavailable and the only option available is the 9" van. Instead of them calling and trying to find other places that has a truck available for us they say "well you can call and ask other uhaul places to see if they have a 10" truck". When we call and figure that all other uhaul places are fully booked we ask for some sort of accommodation or discount since the truck we signed up for online was not available and we did not get any phone call or notice prior to picking up the truck. We were in a time crunch needing to move out of our apartment by a certain time so had no other option but to take the 9" van (which did not fit everything we needed and we needed to use our own personal cars to completely move out - which would have not been a problem if we had a bigger truck. They were just rude and talking about us in a different language and we will not be using this place again.

I added a dolly and pads to my order. When I arrived to my location the staff said they didn't have dollys or pads, and that I could go to another location to get them. Very upsetting that UHaul would send me to a location to get my truck and allow me to add a dolly to my order but the location doesn't have any dollys. I ended up having to move without a dolly. I will not recommend it to anyone I know. Truck worked fine.

they were more worried about other customers going into store, the truck had a roll up door cable disengaged causing it hard to open and close. was sent to this location because the original location did not have a truck ready which i had reserved. had to pay extra for uber

I have two points wants to share with you. The first is about the fuel charge. I don't know why U haul still charge me $9 regardless I have made u haul full gas because I fully understand your policy. The second is the mileage. Honestly, I dont think the odo on u haul is accurate. In my trip, the google maps show the total mile we drive is 48 miles. I also accept the distance calculation maybe has difference , however the difference occur in my trip is somewhat not reason and convincing. I strongly recommend u haul should re-examine the odo system carefully to make sure there is no unfair factors. I hope u hual could consider more based on my experience and give me a satisfying answer.

I only use around 10mi for the uHaul rental car, but it charged me 20mi. And the customer told me that I could not get my refund after I showed him the issue. He told me even though it was the previous customer's fault, I had to pay for it. It was such a bad experience.

The truck felt unstable and wanting to pull to the left. I drove on to the freeway and right back off for fear of wrecking. I used all service roads to my destination.

The online self-service app is very confusing and tedious to use. I was grateful that the U-Haul counter inside the Al-Aqsa grocery store was available, and the attendant working there was extremely helpful. Otherwise it might've been a very frustrating experience. It was much better than many U-Haul stores where I have previously rented equipment.

The Uhual had cigarette Ashes all over the floor of the truck, previous Customers paperwork was left in the truck . Halfway to our Destination the Check engine light popped on . We called roadside assistance and they advised us that if it's not blinking the truck will be fine to still drive. We would like to be compensated for future use.

We have took u haul for 5 miles and we literally drove exactly 5 miles but the store guy kept 40 miles and charged regarding to that. This is not at all good and we got the proofs too.. not a good store to maintain uhaul

They had the truck but not the essential equipment I needed like the utility dolly. I wasn't informed until pick up which made my move more challenging. I would've made other arrangements if I'd known they wouldn't have the equipment.
