Wrong odometer reading when check out. The check in mile is way less then real mileage so they want to charge more miles which isn't my driving mileage. Kinda forced me to pump at the rental location even tho I over fueled up. Charged me 4times with different invoices for the same trip.Hongyi Y.

It took forever to get our uhaul truck and the person helping us was very unhelpful. I asked him how to do the highway toll and he didn't know. We also weren't aware that we had to have contact people for assurance reasons and that was difficult as it was during the work day.RILEY R.

The location is a combination of a car servicing center + gas station + U-Haul truck renting place and the person managing the location seems to not care about U-Haul customers. He was quite curt with me and didn't seem to want to work with me to find solutions and instead suggested that I cancel the reservation. I needed straps for my move and he said they don't have it. On the whole, the problem for me was the attitude of the person operating the location. He was unwelcoming and it felt like I was a burden interrupting his day. Easy pickup and dropoff, no hidden fees, overall great experience. But just a heads up - look at U-Haul's "Meaningful Assurance" policy before you go. We were not aware, and had to scramble to find two friends who were awake on a Saturday at 8am to answer the phone and serve as references.Cole R.

I felt like I was treated poorly than other people around me. Both when picking up and dropping off. Maybe the representative does not like black person ðŸ¤", when he was checking me and out he will stop helping me and go help impotent people than I was more than 8times and and am just standing there, I was here first and I saw how he treated a white guy in fort of .
