I was charged for 2 days when I indeed had the truck for a little over 24 hours. When booking my reservation I was under the impression it was free mileage. The morning of my rental they charged me an additional $50 for mileage. Uhaul has always had free mileage unless going out of state. Had this been advertised when I was booking, I would have reconsidered. Anyways, not satisfied with this outcome.

Arrived at the original location and they could not tell me how to access the U-Haul keys. Called customer service and they sent me to a location 20 minutes away. (Took 1 hour in the hot sun for them to rebook me elsewhere) I had to pay additional hours for the movers and was very late for the move.

Great customer service They were very friendly and able to help me with the right truck for my moving I would definitely recommend them to my friends or anyone who needs help with Thanks guys we sure appreciate it

I was not pleased that the truck only had a quarter of a tank and I had to stop to put gasoline. Another thing I was not told that I needed to check the truck in online and when I showed up I had to walk around the building that was dark and I didn't even know where to drop the key.

The staff did not help at all with getting the trailer hitched up or anything. And the review process was just a pic of the trailer hooked up to the truck and a kinda bye f you attitude

Place smells like smoke as soon as you walk in. System is slow and staff is non existent. There's only one person attending the counter and they are not helpful when mounting the equipment or returning the equipment. It's very very sad seeing this establishment operate. I will be going to other locations in the future.

Location gave me the keys to the wrong truck and the truck I had the keys for was infested with ants I was bitten multiple times

Not have employees who steal customers credit card information for personal use. I'm a Director of Supply Chain for a Solar company that has brought a lot of business to Uhual in renting trucks for transportation and business needs but after this experience will think twice about going to any Uhual again. You guys have potentially lost a customers who spends over 50 000 a year for this complete unprofessional and disrespectful act from your employee.

The guy Jose was very rude and non chalant. He didn't want to give me a final total of my bill. He did not give me a receipt. I will never go to that location again

staff was slow and unknowledgeable. Told me I could not drop truck and car tow, then changed their mind they could. The location for drop off was provided by uhaul and after showing my documentation they finally helped. Agent was making personal calls the whole time.

Jose and the other guy are very nice and funny
