Convenient drop off for me. Location cannot process the return and I had trouble doing the iPhone checkin. I did call U-Haul helpdesk and completed checkin. This trailer was in excellent condition and clean inside. Always nice to receive equipment like that one.

I was charged for 290 miles when I only moved a 3 minute commute from my previous address. The representative was either careless when checking the mileage or someone drove the truck after I dropped it off. I have submitted a report and plan on contacting the location for proof of this mileage claim and/or camera footage of the truck after I dropped it off at the location. I am working now through customer service in hopes to get my money that was taken from me unlawfully. Worst experience with a rental service my family and I have ever had. I would not recommend this location or this business if this does not get fixed. Very unprofessional!

Brooke M.Customer service was horrible. I called Saturday trying to reserve a truck for Sunday which I repeated severeal times just to make sure that was available. The man said that it would be fine that he could make it work because of online pick up. Sooo when I checked the status of my truck reservation he had made it for Saturday so I had to switch it myself to Sunday that wasn't a huge problem until I got a call from a lady whom said that I couldn't pick the truck up Sunday because Wilkesboro didn't have any places open on Sunday....that i would have to go to Lenoir to pick up a truck if I wanted it on Sunday. So I switched my plans yet again to 7:30 am Monday the 10th. The women who took my information at Meineke car shop was rude and very eager to get me out the door without explaining to me what I needed to do to return the truck the next day. So I blew that off also, but the truck was disgusting, horrible smell in the cab and there were roaches on the trailer...we didn't realize until we had loaded half of our stuff. It was an unfortunate experience. My family has used U-haul for all of our moving needs and this time was just ridiculous. I didn't want to say anything to the lady at Meineke car shop because I felt like a burden already to her. All and all horrible service and needs cleaning

I had a worst day every ..but lost alot waiting for it to get rite getting the run around for a while 3 hours .the uhaul customer service themselves. The location was fine they are so great workers.
Latoya R.This location opens at 7:30 am however the site tried to make me check in via a smartphone. The process was very long and not user friendly. It told me to let my contact know they'd be called but didn't allow the time needed to do so. The agent came out to help me. We went inside and I was on my way in 5 minutes. My advice? Just go inside even though the site will only allow you to choose smartphone check in.

Rusty M.I reserved a 10' truck from Hwy 105 in Boone and received a text message the day before that the location was closed the day I scheduled to pick up the truck and to pick it up 35 miles further out of town; when I called, I was told there was only a 15' truck before finally finding a 10' truck that was on my way into town. I was a bit frustrated and stressed about this just hours before driving 3 hours to get to the rental location for the move. The truck could have been cleaner inside, but otherwise was in great condition.

JAMES L.They rented my RESERVED truck to someone else! I ended up paying 3 to 4 times more through another company as there was not another truck that size anywhere nearby. I probably won't use U-Haul again. I am very disappointed and my budget was shot! Thanks for nothing!
dee A.The location was not the problem. The rent through your phone was the problem. There are no human touches. We spent an hour and a half figuring out how to navigate the process in the freezing cold. It was -4 degrees that day and the door to the U-Haul actually got frozen shut. When returning the truck only a couple hour late, U-Haul wanted to charge us another day rental. I know from experience that when you turn in a truck a couple of hours late, they never charge you another day. I didn't mind paying for a couple of hours, but that was ridiculous. I will never rent through the phone again.
