I was able to reserve online to get things done. When I arrive to pick up truck, the process is very, and the software that us used to rent truck is a joke. Spent an extra 30 minutes for the process to be complete. Checking out was another eye soar. Just to get the system rolling for checkout is a joke. These people really need to update the technology so that the customer is not just waiting for the system to register.

The truck only had an 1/2 tank when I got the truck. I got charged for additional gas which was incorrect. I am very disappointed to be charged for gas that wasn't in the vehicle. Especially when your staff member verified the same.amount of gas..

The truck still had mattresses in it, sunflower seeds and water in the cab. I had to sweep it out myself. The representative was being walkthrough the process by someone on the phone.

Overall experience was fine, however when we arrived home with the truck the cargo area in the back was quite gross. It included multiple items of trash, but the most offensive was the disgusting stickiness throughout the whole cargo area. We had to wet a towel and wipe down the entire area in order to begin packing and not get whatever substance that was on the cargo bed all over our items and new flooring in our new home.

Have someone that actually cares and takes time to explain things. Also employee should do walk around with you, bring equipment to customer not have them walk over in the shop too go get, and lastly explain how to return. Next time I'll go thru another company

It was a convenient location, but I got ambiguous additional charges I didn't expect, and had a lot of trouble going through the reservation process online b/c of the verification code. I accidentally wound up reserving multiple trucks and wasn't able to see this on my account once I finally logged in. Super-confusing!

Improve mobile check in process - we were waiting for 15 minutes to be approved and we could not start the check in process early so we lost over 15 minutes of move time.

There was only one person available to accept the returning of the vehicle, which caused a long wait. Once we finally reached the front of the line, we were told that we had to use the uhaul app to return the vehicle because employees were no longer allowed to do so. But after the horrid experience of using the app to gain access to the vehicle, the uhaul app was the last thing I wanted to use.

The location itself was not the main problem. Using the TruckShare was the issue. Poor instructions, no key available, and a poor user experience on the app makes me not want to use this service again. Although the traditional pick up process typically takes 30-60 minutes, it's better than the TruckShare.
