The locks were not user friendly, and i paid for a dolly that wasn't included. I'd never use this location again.Shaunte C.

It was very difficult with the lock it took almost an half an hour to open it and ther was no one around to help and it cut into the time we had with the truckRaven D.
I did't know that this location didn't have a physical office. It would have been nice to know in advance so I wouldn't have had to try and figure out who to see for the rental. The van was well maintain but dirty on the outside. I was charged $25 for insurance that I didn't ask for nor was informed about. I was refunded the money back for that. Once I was ready to return the van I went through the finale walk around and put in all the information. Once I was ready to make the payment I was asked do I want to keep it on the card on file which was my charge card or another card. I selected another card but it went ahead and processed it on my charge card anyway . This is the reason why I don't like to rent from the neighborhood dealers. Its such a hassle for a simple rental. The experience was not good at all. I would think twice the next time.Martha J.
