Very friendly and accommodating

Megan PetersonThe equipment is fine, but I would not say it's well maintained. The brakes are getting old in that truck. The biggest issue is the poorly functioning app. It took an hour and being on the phone with an ill informed rep to complete check in. Furthermore, the advertised price of $20 to rent a truck is complete bullshit. A 90 min project spanning 25 miles round trip cost $100.
Bryun HoltWas charged a wrong location drop off after trying to show them my receipt to make sure . They said they didn't need it then charged me 177 Dollars when the rental total was $53 for 2 hrs. Called to get it addressed and never heard back. Called customer care and haven't gotten a refund

EDWIN HILDI was concerned that I reserved the van understanding that the charge was 19,95 a day, plus mileage. When I received my receipt, the charge was $99 for the rental, plus mileage in excess of the allowed 50 miles. The ultimate cost may be the same, but this ought to have been explained.
Brian KellyRemote support took 2 to 4 minutes between question and answer... multiple time. Like what type of phone? Answer... android.... wait 4 min for a response from support. Something that should have taken 5 to 10 minutes took 30 to 40 min which cut into my rental time. Not good at all. I do not recommend this service!

Kevin Donnellythe uhaul 24/7 app was problematic. I had to re-download it twice before it would open correctly. The location in New Hope is easy and staff are always helpful. I was happy to be able to use the 24/7 on a Sunday as that was my only available date. If the app worked better it would have been an awesome experience, otherwise it was just great. I fully understand the local owners have no control over the corporate app.
Nancy ZiatykChange the mobile pick up process. It was a nightmare. I wasted 30 mins of my 2 hr rental, made 2 customer service calls and 2 live chats just to get the keys and pick up the vehicle.

John Kennedy CorriganNothing. The van was new --- ~3 000 miles. The customer service rep reviewed the operational procedures with me. They also allowed me to measure the inside of the van the day before to confirm the artwork I needed to transport would fit. The van was ready on time with the requested blankets provided. The van was easier to drive than I had feared. All in all, a very positive experience!

ANN RICKERI ordered over the phone and was under impression I would get 8 feet truck. Well 10 is bit to big for my needs. Then my Uhalu app crashed. The app is not terrible when it works. The truck is maintained. Clean enough. But there is damage along whole box that was not reflected of the app images. And is probably the worst truck i ever drove. In speed over 40 it feels a bit unstable ( on some roads I drove , the speed limit was 50 m/h) The motor is very very loud. Definitely bad for hearing. I could not even hear radio at full volumes. I think it was old vehicle No way to charge phone. No rear-view visibility system

RANDALL RAGASTOI made the reservation in person, but it was for a weekend when the location would be closed. So she told me to download the app, and when I arrived to pick it up I'd just have to receive a code. I downloaded the app, and a couple days ahead I got a text from U-Haul asking me to upload my driver's license. I did that, and thought I was all set. When I arrived to pick up the van and opened the app, I had to jump through many more hoops, including uploading my license again. THEN they wanted more verification of who I was - either proof of employment, my passport, or 2 contacts they could call and verify. All in all, it took 20 minutes of back and forth on the app before I could get the key, and then I had to verify the condition of the vehicle with photos. It was nowhere near as simple as I was led to believe.
