u-haul battery was dead upon pick up. We had to jump the equipment ourselves, and put the equipment on charge over night to ensure that we made it back without issues. Price was fair though..

ROGER DI had the worst luck finding a uhaul even though i had made the reservation in advance and paid in full. I had to drive an hour to pick up the uhaul but she was so sweet and accommodating! She answered all of my questions and made the experience a whole lot better!! Very helpful and kind. I wish I could tell her Thank You!

lee pCustomer service at this location was absolutely horrible.....I have never dealt with an individual who cussed so much during the collecting of my personal information arguing about where I was driving to and dropping off the u-Haul once I was done.....perhaps Customer service training is needed at this location
Deanna TNot only did it take the lady in Falfurrias over an hour to submit my information for a rental, the truck I was given was very, very, very loud. And when I got to my drop off location in Eagle Pass, is when they told me why: the mufflers had been altered and it was a possibility that I would get charged for the damage. Possibly up to $1,000. Not only could she not explain anything properly or type very fast, she had no idea about anything about renting out trucks. I definitely will not ever rent from here again.
