Shawn SEmployee was pleasant - answered all my questions even though I was supposed to be processing the request on my phone. He was nice to help me. Truck was parked in an easy location to back out of lot.
Elizabeth OI recently rented a U-Haul truck and had a fantastic experience. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ran smoothly. The entire rental process was quick and easy, thanks to the excellent service provided by Steve. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the entire process stress-free. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location and would definitely rent from them again in the future.
