This is an above excellent location. Very accomadating
glenda bRented an auto transport for the second time in a two-week period. Just as was the first time, the entire process went quite well, with zero problems with easy and quick hook-up and drop procedures. The personnel at Mercer Outfitters could not have been more pleasant and professional. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Thornton TThe driver's door had to be shut hard to close completely. I did not realize this until driving and wondering why it was so noisy. I checked the window, but it was rolled up completely. It would be nice if something like this was explained to the customer before s/he drove off.
Mary AMy rental was supposed to include an appliance dolly, which was not at the location when I went to pick up the truck. I was sent to another location to get one and the people there had to wrangle with the U-haul website for half an hour before I could walk out the door with a dolly. Who is to blame for this? I would prefer not to give a rating at all to the pick-up location because I don't know if this was a circumstance beyond their control. This exact same issue happened at a different pick-up location the last time I reserved a truck and appliance dolly online from U-haul. So I'm inclined to think the problem lies somewhere within the U-haul system. The people at Mercer Outfitters were very nice and professional, and as helpful as they could be, all things considered. They would deserve a 5-star rating if they had no fault in the appliance dolly not being available. 1-star if it was their fault because I absolutely had to have this piece of equipment.

MARVIN MThis pickup was at a different location than scheduled due to unavailability despite the fact that the website indicated availability. It is entirely inconvenient to have to change pickup locations as the whole point of selecting the original location was for convenience. The representative stated that the original location is closed on Tuesdays. If so, there is no excuse for that not to be reflected on the website. It gives the appearance that your company values the quantity of reservations rather than the quality of your product or the satisfaction of your customers.

LONIE MAbsolute amazing experience. The people that work there were all friendly, helpful, honestly could not ask for a better bunch of people. They answered all our questions, made sure that the experience was smooth and painless. I recommend them to whoever needs a smooth move. The store from what my husband told me was nice also, he said the prices were reasonable for the merchandise as well. I wish there was more that I could say, it was just easy as could be. I was so nervous about having someone else's vehicle, but this was as stress free as could be. Thank you guys so much for everything , I made sure that I called them after he dropped off the truck to let them know as well.

larry bTruck pulled to the right, making it hard to drive nearly 700 miles. Also, the air conditioning goes out intermittently. There were two different times I had no air conditioning while driving for 2 to 3 hours each time. Driving in the midday summer heat was unbearable. Truck seemed in good condition and well maintained, but these issues really made the experience much more exhausting then it needed to be. For the nearly $1900 spent on truck rental (i had a few extra days overage charges past due date) and $300+ in gas prices, I am thinking I might try using pods for my next move.

william cThe service at Mercer Outfitters was fabulous. I rented a car hauler for a day. They told me that the trailer had been checked over by a roving U-haul mechanic the day before. The electrical cable was missing a connection pin. We replaced it. The biggest issue was one I couldn't see. The tires on the trailer were horribly out of balance. I thought I had a flat tire when this issue first came up. I stopped and checked. There was a bad vibration from 45 to 55 MPH. I informed the dealer when I returned the trailer.
William TThis location was very good. However I was dispatched to this location from my original location by U-haul customer Service. Initial location had my reserved but would not rent to me because someone had not come to work! I lost three hours of time with that issue. Then the trailer I did get, I discovered had a leaking tire when I loaded the vehicle. An additional 5 hours later I was finally able to get on the road. The ONLY good I experienced was the quality of service at "Mercer Outfitters". Overall my experience was VERY POOR!!!!!
