We originally had a rental for a different location. When we arrived to pick it up we were informed that our rental equipment was not ready. We called the 800 number provided they were quick to redirect us to the Hwy 99 location and reserved a truck for us then. My problem is that we were not informed ahead of tie that we needed to go elsewhere.

Truck was very dirty. Was not cleaned nor washed prior being given to us. Dashboard filthy with dust, floor with lots of dirt. Please see picture provided prior pick up. To improve quality, please have truck cleaned .

Stop lying樂…they all appeared to be really beautiful people on the surface, helpful, basic good customer service and 兩邏hands on all of the above…BUT…I ordered a 15' or 10' cargo truck and a vehicle tow dolly…everything was fine except when it came the time for the test are they or aren't they worthy of the name…I took the truck home and loaded it, light inside rear cabin didn't work so all night load had to be done with a flashlight, came back the next day for them to install the hitch for towing my car…‍浪邏after much scraping and maneuvering of my car around the parking lot…it was decided… my car was too low on the front to get it on the dolly, someone went to get something to put under the wheels and dolly to help the incline… they had small red bricks 隣…that immediately crumbled若浪 the manager I presumed suggested that we take the bumper off the front邏‍. and left to get tools to do so…I called my team on the other end to tell them the cause of the delay and they immediately said NO DONT DO THAT…I even asked will you be there to put my bumper back on‍浪邏then I said we'll just drive both vehicles…the presumptive manager said he would remove all charges for the dolly immediately and then he left us…I went inside to check to see if the charges had been removed…was "told all charges for the dolly were removed, the service person never returned the original paperwork that I was told to hand to him so that he could complete and verification for the tow dolly so I asked the inside service person for a copy of my new receipt of charges "without" the tow doilly and I was told it had been sent to my email 廊leaving with no hard copy of the changealso I had was unsure of my timing to the end of use for the truck and the clerk said they would add additional time and that I would be refunded any that I didn't use欄…oh when we were attempting to load my car onto the dolly, I was driving my car, I noticed that the left rear light was out on the dolly and was told ok…樂…otherside…we finished unloading earlier than anticipated I called the uhaul call center and was quoted the price for exactly pickup truck no dolly and early return…ok I'm a 100 % disabled veteran and at this point I'm done more on this form brain is smoking 若勞needless to say I feel like folks at uhaul have figured out a way to get $$$ from customers and it's not only not far but it is also deceitful. On the other end same bs different day‍浪邏兩

The car hauler was in a ditch, could not hook up to our truck, no one to help us, So i had to go back home to get a jack to jack up the hauler my grandson and i, so we could hook it up because it being down in the ditch, after loading up the car, and when we got to our destination found the tie down over the right front tire had broken, the car was only being supported with one tie down on the left front tire, will never use again, infact i would like a refund.

The clerk Tonya was amazing. Gave me very good understandable directions. Very pleasant when I had to call her back for a dumb question. A real credit to you company.

Lady that worked the front desk was EXTREMELY rude and stated that she should even be doing Uhaul "things" and gets paid to work in the store. Then tried to tell me the tank in the truck was at 1/8 when it was at the 1st tick in the truck (divided into quarters and was at the 1st tick mark or 1/4 or 25 % tank which is what it was picked up originally with. Very rude and unprofessional experience that reflects Uhaul VERY poorly.

We had no issues getting the trailer from Meridian Convenient Store. The store clerk/cashier there was very pleasant!

Cheaper rates, being in a tough situation due to a breakdown 4 states away and having to pay nearly $800 dollars to make it home. Absolutely ridiculous. Payment plans or something.

With repeated great experiences renting from your Palm Harbor Florida corporate center and others over the years , I have come to expect, and receive, excellence in service delivery. My experience in the rural Meridian Georgia U Haul and convenience store was a polar opposite, and a significant blow to the brand. A short list of just what I experienced include, 1. Almost an hour to get trailer and get back on the road, even though I had pre-registered., 2. Had to "muscle" my own heavy 6x12 cargo trailer tongue out from underneath the trailer in front, while dealing with the wet sandy ditch and it's effects of gravity and accessibility. They knew days in advance I was coming, but seemed indifferent and unwilling to assist or accommodate. The lone c-store clerk could not leave the store., 3. My trailer was rented to me with pretty significant prior fender, fender flare and running light wiring harness damage. In my opinion, U Haul in its quest to dominate the industry, may have become a bit to lax in the issuance of licensing your network. I will be very careful in any future U Haul rentals, to not plan a route that does business at one or the other, with anything less than a proper and professional licensee.

My wife took it back and there was no where to park and initially no one to help. After some time two guys came and wanted her to park it somewhere where she didn't have the ability to park it. They agreed to drive our truck to get the trailer where they wanted it and ultimately we were able to return it, but the location was VERY small and requires driving down a narrow dirty road and turning around in some one's driveway to return it where they wanted.

This operator was very responsive when we told about the problem. She called the proper personnel and got the charges removed from our credit card. Even though she did not create the problem, she was more than willing to help fix it.

Cell signal was poor in this area, so self-drop off didn't work. Owner logged onto computer from home, through phone call with cashier. Made it work!

Assign a pick up location that is open during pick up hours. Instead you had a pick up location reassigned that took me 2 hours to get to and back. The rental vehicle can was dirty and barely any gas in it when picked up.

Better trained staff. It took over two hours to rent the Uhaul truck because the cashier had never did a rental before. She took a picture of my credit card on her personal phone? My Driver's License got lost in the process of renting the Uhaul truck.

rental staff are not trained. they were slow and stupid. when i took the truck back it took over an hour to complete truck inspection and pay my bill. the best thing uhaul could do is close this outlet!
