Just received my final bill I have a couple of questions about these ridiculous feesâ€¦ First one is the â€œsafe trip fee â€œof five dollars? Also, the location was open like they told me they would be over the phone so I had no choice, but to put my keys in the dropbox, therefore incurring a â€œafter hours fee â€œfor $20. Unless these fees are refunded, I will be disputing them with my credit card issuer. I definitely will not ever rent a truck from U-Haul ever again based on my experienceRob J.

Nice representative but he couldn't get my truck issued without calling the area manager,. He did what he could do, but it had to be done at another location. Also, the equipment I requested was not at the site. I had to drive to another location to pick it up which added a few miles to my drive...ultimately leading to me paying more.Thomas K.

Well the man was super nice. But I was charged for a dolly. Yes there was one in the truck but I didn't ask for it or was I told I was going to be charged. The second was I was charged for blankets. I didn't ask or was I told that I'd be charged. But the real kicker is. There wasn't any blankets on the truck. I drove like 40 miles and I was charged $99.00. How??DANIEL C.

The only issue I have is to my knowledge when you rent a UHaul, a dolly comes with the rental. This location charges extra for it.MARIO R.
