provide a clean cab - the one I rented was very dirty/nasty inside - 1st time I have encountered a dirty one from this location. When providing a utility dolly please walk the dolly to the truck for an elderly female. Also, the truck I rented was/is in need of motor or transmission repair; it was not in good running condition. I generally do not have a problem with uhaul rentals but this one was by far the worst experience to date. However, I got moved! :)

If not for the Metro Employee (not U-Haul) it would have been a complete disaster. I had called and talked to a female who said she would convert my reservation to after hours for pickup and would have an email sent to me with code to key from lock box and to complete my payment and contract. I never got it. Thankfully a Metro Employee was there. He told us to call the 800 U-Haul number. Was put on hold, tried chatting online and got no answer. Finally the Metro Towing Employee called his manager and she gave him the code and instructions for helping me. The vehicle was very dirty in the cab and outside. I spent an hour cleaning the inside from spilled drink and food and trash behind seat and it smelled, and clean all outside windows. There was less gas then the contract reported. Will not use the location again.

I originally made the reservation for the store located on New Circle, Road. I called four days in advance to make my reservation, I then had to call and request for the reservation to be moved a day sooner. I was informed that this was not an issue and that I would have a 15 foot truck waiting for me. I get to the New Circle, Road location, and upon entering the store the women working behind the desk were incredibly rude! They told me that my reservation had been given away, and that they did not have a truck of any size that I could take. There was a woman, another customer, who had left as I was walking in due to her credit card declining in her needing to go find the funds for the rental. The employees informed me that she had made a reservation after me, and she was receiving her 15 foot truck. I informed the employees that my reservation was made before the other customer, also due to her credit card declining I should have first pick at the 15 foot box truck I had made prior reservations for three days in advance. The young lady that I was speaking with ( the other women was assisting someone by this time ) never even apologized! I told her that I would like some type of compensation since my reservation was given away. She then told me that the trucks in the reservation is not guaranteed. I told her the definition of a reservation is to guarantee service. I was told I had to go to another location on the other side of town and that they had a 17 foot truck waiting for me. I was never apologized to, instead they made it as if it was my fault that they gave my reservation away!

Metro towing let me pickup trailer early which was nice he opened the gate and told me the trailer was down below in his lot went down found it had to hook it up myself stopped at the gate for him to check said I was lucky I didn't lose it I thought he would have hooked it up for me

Have the truck that was reserved. The larger truck at the same price did wind up costing me about $45 more in gas for the distance traveled.

My original pick up location was in Georgetown. But they didn't leave a key for the truck so… after I had already paid for the contract of 110 miles… I had to drive 20 minutes out of the way to pick up another one yet my 110 miles didn't change… and I still got charged a flippin 1,36 for 3 miles on the account of their error… sounds silly. But it's the principle.

Make the app actually function to some degree, tell people who call support that you plan to have them on hold for 2 hours, dont wait 40 minutes to let me know.

For some reason, I had no internet on my phone to return the truck at the location and it took 2 days and 2 calls to the location and to U-Haul to get the reservation closed out.

The agent working there was excellent. I was told that I could drop it off anywhere in the town I was returning it to. That did not happen. I had to drive about 20 miles extra but I was not charged for these miles.

I have never been demanded to return a vehicle because I was over the estimated time of use. I was told in the past that Although I provide an estimate usage period I really will not be expected to return a vehicle until I approached 24 hours of use! The demand was obnoxious and I will not be utilizing this company again. Perhaps that was their objective!!!

I was just there a little longer than expected. They had to find the key, but they were very friendly and helpful and were going to get me a different truck. The key was just put elsewhere then what was stated. No big deal there. My only complaint from uhaul themselves, is that this shop was a little farther which added more miles. But hopefully I get to review the return, that gonna be a different story.

The truck was parked so tightly between another truck and an 18 wheel flat bed truck that I wasn't sure I could get it out. My bill had an after hours up charge. I returned the truck at 6:45 pm. The business was open because I dropped keys off with an employee

Do not overcharge customers and provide services that customers pay for. Have a better customer service line and let the employees know the correct number to call when customers need help.

I'm positive that I was charged for fuel when I returned it at a quarter tank like I was supposed to. The man working said I normally take pictures and went through his phone and said I didn't take one of your truck. How convenient. . He said I would have to dispute the charges. Unprofessional in my opinion.

The customer service at this place was very poor , the owner want d me to take the trailer to a different location and told me , that he did not have to receive the trailer at his location but the lady there talked him into letting me drop it off at this location!!! The owner was a complete Ass-hole!!

More lighting where trucks are dropped off after-hours, so the photographs to upload show the truck's location and cab interior better. But the people were very friendly and helpful, you couldn't improve on them!

When I returned the truck I had driven it 31,2 miles…I put in SIX gallons of gas…when I returned it I was told my bill was $59,02…on my credit card I was charged $ 75…..total rip off…go elsewhere

I picked it up in the rain and there was no one available at the time to hook it up for me. When I returned it I expected to park it and unhook it myself. However, a tow truck driver came over before I could even get into position and took care of it without being asked. I was so grateful!

It is what it is, a towing service and impound yard. They seem to do well at their U-Hual business and are very helpful and friendly. Trailer was ready to go and in good condition, it was clean and all the lights etc worked. Merci.

Warning lights showed the tire pressure was low, I returned with the truck to be told it was ok, not to worry The back lift gate continually got stuck in the open position and was extremely difficult to close, my hand was pitched repeatedly because you had to push your hand in to maneuver the latches I reserved 2 dollys and nothing was available but I didn't know this until pickup time

The internet was out when I went to pickup my truck so I had to receive my contract by phone, I returned my truck at 5:15 to find out that the Uhaul portion of their business was closed so I had to complete my check in on my phone via uhaul.com/share which I did but apparently it didn't go through, even though it said complete, so I was charged an additional $20 because Uhauls app is garbage. I will pickup equipment at a Uhaul center in the future to avoid businesses that don't have hours that accommodate turn ins at 5:15 on a Saturday.

Honestly, the equipment was fine and the location and location service was fine. However, I am sick of the terrible customer service from UHaul HQ. I was given the truck in a location on the other side of town; given the equipment two hours late because you all overbooked it, and then you all have the nerve to charge me a $20 afterhours fee even though I returned it on time (early even). Outrageous. I want my money back on that.
