Pelumi BImprove navigation of app. It was difficult to really figure out how to retrieve my keys when I got there, in the app. It also required someone to verify a secondary number on the day of pickup. I got other things taken care of the day I scheduled with uhaul, so that picking up would be quick - and thankfully my secondary person was awake at that time. Also I attempted to take photos at drop off but the app reloaded somehow and just stated I was finished. I kept photos in my phone anyway just to make sure I had them, in the event of any discrepancies.

Even though I caused her losing a customer, by returning the equipment late, she solved the problem for them to have their equipment at an alternative location and treated me with a great smile, like nothing ever happened. A big thank you for the kind and professional attitude.
Armin SMy experience with getting the truck was no hassle. But I highly do not recommend booking any of the MOVERS that they offer to assist with moving. It's GHETTO as hell!!!

Melissa RHaul doubled my rental storage fee without notice. You say you mailed a notice but I never received one. Why not email since that would be faster and more secure. I found another one at another location for the price 8 was paying before your increase.

RICHARD BOn the mobile rental it needs much improvement , waited for 2 hours, lock would not open in order to retrieve keys inside cargo box, called customer service and was on hold for 2 hours, finally called this place above and got a truck from them.

ENRIQUE O | Expérience généraleThis store set their odometer to Kilometres and when I ended my trip did not convert the kilometer to miles instead has cheaply charged me basis on price/km instead of price per mile. I drove for about 78 miles and expect to be charged the equivalent for 48 miles instead I've been charged for 78 Miles. Waiting to hear back from the store manager. If this is a strategic gimmick that Uhaul I'll be sure to raise this with legal.
Jithin JI couldn't tell you, the service I received was excellent and the representative was extremely courteous and professional. Much kudos to her... you should give her a raise. I will definitely recommend that U-Haul location to all of my family and friends!!!

Vinh T1. The gas tank was not full as stated on the agreement. I traveled 36 miles and required 7,3 gallons to fill. For a 10 foot truck this gas mileage would have been around 4,2 gpm while it most likely was around 10-11. Hence the tank was not full. I was surprised to get hit with an environmental fee for ozone. This is already covered under federal taxes when I bought the gas. Since I have rented 50-60 trucks from Uhaul (as well as others from Penske and Enterprise) I have never been charged an environmental fee before. Sounds like fraud to me. 2. When I arrived at 12:50 fo pickup at 1:00 PM, there was a sign on the door saying the clerk was walking the property and that I should call a number to advise I was there. I did call but no one answered. I had to stand outside for 10 minutes in 100 degree sunshine until she opened the door.

Privacy R | Premières impressionsMy rental was ok when I left but as soon as I left Dallas, the A/C went out. It was the 2nd worst trip ever. The first time time was when a Uhaul truck broke down on me in the middle of the desert in Arizona. It took Uhaul 15 hours to come out to fix the issue. Please see that all vehicles are well maintain for all customers.

Privacy R | Premières impressionsThe gas tank was listed on the paperwork as 3/4 full. It was actually less than 3/4. We brought this up to the employee and she refused to change the paperwork and said it must be parked on an incline. Also, she told us we could drop the truck off any time, which resulted in us being charged for an additional day. We were also shorted on mileage.

Melissa RThe clerk who helped me was not very competent. I had made all reservations on line and arrived at the time I had told them on the phone the day before. It took over 30 minutes for her to process my paperwork and then I had to remind her I had reserved, and paid for, an appliance dolly. She was going to send me out of there without one. I had to go to the back of the lot and back the truck out myself.
LUCINDA CThe truck has an iside tire with an issue that caused it to blow out 30 minutes from Carrollton. The outside tire on the same axel side was 1/3 bald. There was tread on the other 2/3 of the tire, and that tread showed when we picked it up. Thus, we could not see the bald spot. We lost 2 1/2 hours waiting for UHaul Roadside service to replace BOTH tires. The blowout caused the muffler tailpipe to melt a hole in the lower siding.
ALLAN OMy only complaint is that the majority of the blankets I received were wet. They were so wet that I did not use them.

NEIL SHe did not have the pads I needed and he said he let them know this on the phone when they booked the reservation. I had to go to another location to get the pads. Other than that is was a perfect experience.
PATRICE FThe agent DID NOT inform me that there was a 0,79 per mile charge! She asked how many miles I was driving and that is all. When she read the contract to me she stated "If see here this shows the fuel tank is at 1/4 and this is your approximate total of $111 for the rental. Here it shows that if you do not return the vehicle on 1/4 tank then you will be charged this specific fee. Please sign here!" It was my assumption that these were the only important parts of the contract based on what she stated. If I had known there was a 0,79 cent charge per mile I would have rented a bigger vehicle or changed my plan on how I moved. I am disgusted and angry at this type of service! I contacted the rental location and she was rude, disrepsectful, and raised her voice at me stating "Well I told you there was a 0,79 cent per mile fee and even if I didn't thne you signed the contract and should have read it!" I have officially contacted U-Haul to file a complaint over my bill! I have never rented a U-haul before and I never will again!!!

JOAN PThey are charging me 1/2 thank of fuel when I returned it at the same level when I took it. I did returne the truck after hours leaving the keys at the return box, they sent me my receipt with the fuel extra charge. I called the location, they said they can not help me because the persone who did the charge is not working that day and I have to wait for her to go to work to solve the problem with her!, ridiculus!!!
