Everything I own has mold on it because they don't maintain anything. One day I tried to tell the front desk worker James (total psychopath) it was over 90 degrees in the building and there was evidence of birds inside and he ignored me. I complained about that and he said I was evicted and had 30 days to get out. I had to apologize to HIM to get him to walk that back. The entry door lock hasn't worked in months and so it's just open to anyone. These people are psychos and they absolutely do not care.

The pickup location was ok. The drop off location was on point!, the associate that I interacted with was professional, courteous and had integrity, 11/10 will recommend forthwith! However… the truck was sketch AF!!! The AC works when it wants to, the lights for the instrumentation panels in the dash board are virtually nonexistent (have pics to verify). Also, steering and alignment are off

Christopher KYou changed my location 3 times. The truck I picked up was in very poor condition with major mechanical issues. I had to drive to another location to replace it. The new truck was better but alignment was off. I drove about 2100 miserable miles from Dallas to Seattle area. The receiving location was horrible. Absolute horrible customer service. From truck, trailer and storage. I would not use another uhaul even if it's for free.

Betsy BWas very very helpful to be able to pick up in early hours using my phone. Only complaint was that the lock on the back of the truck was very difficult to un-lodge, especially in cold weather. We had to call a U-Haul rep to walk us through it...a rough process of "jiggling" it just the right way. You do need to update these locks to make them more customer friendly while still maintaining the security you desire.
Patricia KI had a hard time finding the key drop box so I had to drop it in the office mail slot. This was different than the picture provided so I was unsure if that was correct. Also, there were no instructions on what to do with the lock.

WILLIAM B | Expérience généraleAfter waiting for owner for 39 mins and then walking a long way to pick up truck, I noted to owner/ rental person the mileage on the contract was off. She said to snap a pick and then it would be taken care of at check out. When I returned 81mikes later) she was unavailable. I did self check in and noted I was being overcharged ( approx $60). I was still charged for mileage I didn't accrue. I have before and after pics. This is probably an honest mistake and I should have demanded we fix the contract but didn't want to wait any longer but this might a also be a pattern of incompetence or corruption at this location. Will use my influence to steer my neighbors and university contacts to choose a different rental agency.

Brian POver the past year, I have rented 4 trucks from U Haul and purchased a lot of packing material from them. I do not have one complaint. The prices were reasonable and the trucks were great. All of the people that I dealt with were courteous and helpful.
Clarice FIt was a nice senior working for us, which was limited and located in a very small office with little UH sign. Actually there are a very large UH store more near my address, why ordered online the UH system pushed us to rent the Car so way???

Sara BI made the reservation on line and selected the Plano location. When I arrived they told me the location was actually in Richardson. No one told me of the change. No email. The person who called to confirm the pick up didn't share with me the location had changed. This was hugely inconvienent.
