The pick-up location was just fine, but U-Haul needs to get a better handle on communicating to customers where the equipment is available. I go to pick up the truck at the location that I originally ordered my truck, and they told me it was not there. Keep in mind this is morning of the move; movers are scheduled to show up any minute. It all worked out in the end, but I know that this is a regular occurrence for U-Haul. It has happened to me before, happened to friends/family multiple times, and my dad saw this happen when he worked at a facility that rented out U-Hauls. The distributors/pick-up locations have no control over this. U-Haul, please start being more customer focused, and at the very least let your customers know that the equipment is going to be at a different location the night before. Thanks.

Only complaint is gas gauge stuck at half way after putting 60 bucks in tank still said half tank then 10 minutes down road it moves to full so be careful

Completely unprofessional. At both pick up and return I was left standing there for over 15 minutes and I did the online pickup and return. When I dropped it off the worked just looked at me each time he went and served another customer. He said "oh, just one more customer"and proceeded to serve about 4 or 5 more. I finally said something and he was very rude, he said " now you know why suhail closes at 7." Well, I had a scheduled drop off for 930, I was there at 800 an hour and a half early. I finally had to say for the second time that all I needed was to drop off the keys, I had already did the online return which includes the pics and milage and everything. So he said "oh really, fine , go." And took the keys and threw them on the counter like a child throwing a tantrum. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never go to this location again and may never use uhaul again period. This was the worst uhaul experience ever.

I had asked for and paid for a dolly, I was not provided one, but was reimbursed at return of the truck. The truck was dirty inside. Took me about 30-40 minutes to complete the pick up of the truck. The online option is not very efficient nor timely. Was very disappointed in the overall experience.

I had a pickup at 8am. The guy in charge, his car broke down and had the guy who worked at the store come in. He did not work for uhaul. I did not leave there until 9:45am. They had no back up people there at all. I understand if your car won’t start, but the customer service was awful.

The driver’s cab of the truck needs cleaned, some sort of sticky sauce on the steering wheel and cup holders had dried spilled coffee or soda in them.

This location is also a drive through, so the guy kept leaving to attend the drive through customers while he was doing my paperwork at the same time. Spent 30 minutes doing that the whole time. The truck I used needs gone. It's scary to drive. The steering wheel is very shaky!

Renting a UHaul from this location was great! Very fast and friendly service! Unlike the massillon location. I actually cancelled my reservation at The Massillon location due to the rudeness of a worker named Kelly. She could definitely use some customer service training. I have rented many UHauls in the past but will not return to the Massillon location after my interaction with Kelly. Feel free to call if you would like me to explain further. The steering was loose, would not hold center on highway. 215 miles of stress. The engine also had a bad miss, hard to get up to speed. Truck needs the front end rebuilt or retired. Sales guy was nice as could be though.

Have the equipment available to the customer that they requested. When ordering in advanced, the right truck and equipment should be available. I was forced into making multiple trips with a smaller truck which ended up costing me more.

The attendant told us to move the truck "over there" and unhook it. My husband returned it. If I had returned it then I would not have been able to do it.

The drop off location did not have any information on our rental and did not know that the truck was being returned to their location. The guy had to call Uhaul to get our information. He had no paperwork at all on our rental or knowledge that our truck was being dropped off at his location. He had me park the truck in his lot because he never drove a big truck like the one we had and he was too afraid to move it. We where acousted in the parking lot by two extremely drunk people who where hanging out on the property. They approached our car, asking for $20.00. When they where told no, they proceeded to yell at us and called us all sorts of filthy names. As they where walking away, the one gentleman punched the hood of our car and gave us the finger. They then went back to sit on the corner of the store and then harrassed a young lady when she drove in and did the same thing to her. Very scary and very upsetting. No one should have to deal with this, for any reason. End of story. The gentleman inside was informed as to what was taking place outside, on your property and he was to afraid to say anything to the drunk man and woman. Really nice that Uhaul customers are forced to deal with this type of bs.
