Location was 30 miles from the town we were going too and in the town we actually needed the truck they had many ü hauls that had small trucks when we passed. The inside of the cab and truck was dirty with dry mud. And the cab smelt horrible of cigarette smoke and nothing was clean.I had to call and let them know. Everything was dirty and the smell made it hard to be able to drive the truck with windows up. Then when I dropped off the truck I had left way more gas in the tank then was left for myself when I picked up but the guy said I would have to call the number uhaul to get a refund on gas.

MG Tire and Auto skimmed my credit card information and used it to make purchases within one hour of me picking up the rental. I have never used the credit card I gave him, and it was frauded within an hour of its first use. The please is dangerous.

Was waited on as soon as I exited my vehicle. Worker was very helpful with checking in equipment.

Name of business was different than what's on contract. Charged me for extra miles after I did them a favor to take to their destination. Spanish speaking lady just received truck, kept my receipt and then got an xtra $13 charge for going over on miles. Had me on hold for ten minutes after calling to dispute just for them to tell me that I shouldn't have gone over miles, that should have been allotted. Beware of UHAUL. Name should be USKROOD!
