Myself and my husband arrived at the location at 9:40 for our pick up at 9:30 and there was already 3 other people there waiting. The shop was closed and no one onsite. We went on line to get instructions and kept getting lockout of the site or told to try again. Everyone else had the same problems. When we tried to call the numbers provided, they said it would take an hour and a half to speak to someone. We finally got through st 12:30. Other customers had to wait hours as well. I will never go through that again.Brenda P.

Service at the pick-up location was great. The attendant was very helpful and cheery. The vehicle was clean and in good working order. However, I was genuinely insulted by an individual - whom I believe to be the attendant's supervisor - who had been contacted by phone to resolve a simple matter of looking into a $0,1 difference in the mileage rate which we were told was $0,59/km but ended up being $0,69/km. The former amount was written on a sheet of paper that sat on the attendant's desk. All I wanted was a simple explanation. However, the "supervisor" - a guy named Roch - was extremely rude and insulting to the point where he would not allow me to make any comment whatsoever as he went into a lengthy diatribe during which he told me that he had had enough and that if I wasn't happy I should find another leasing company other than U-Haul to lease my next vehicle from, and then hung up on me. Although the on-site attendant provided excellent service, it was the "supervisor' that ruined the experience for me and is the reason I would not recommend this location to a friend. This is not the way clients should be treated.Richard L.
