I wish I had more text and stuff telling me where to drop off, and I wish that I knew you couldn't just drop a U-Haul off at any U-Haul location. I went in not knowing much about the process, and I came out with almost a 1000 dollar bill. I will literally never rent from U-Haul again. I went in knowing little about the process, and I leave not knowing much about the process.

Dan ExonPut more trucks in this location. I rented a truck but it never made it back on time. Only truck left on the lot was a very large truck. It was to big to navigate around town. I rented it anyway. I'm sure it was built for coast to coast runs. Just need more trucks to rent on this lot. I choose not to buy one of the Big 3 over size pickups. Instead when I need a truck I go to U-Haul, works great for me. Thank You.

Gerald GilesI rented a 10 foot long truck. It needs a built in loading ramp If it has one I didn't see it. Large appliances are to difficult load without one.This was the 1st U-Haul I ever rented. Very nice New Truck, excellent set of mirrors for backing. When I need another U-Haul I'll definitely be over to get another one
Gerald GilesThey weren't "closed for lunch between 12pm and 1pm,as it reads online they're actually closed on Saturdays. So different than my ReservationI had to check in online when I opted in person check in. The vehicle had a cracked windshield which was not noted as well as the dolly I selected was not in the truck and there was nobody at the location get one. The whole experience was not simple and easy which made my move much harder. Unfortunately I'm not happy with this location

Saral JjamesWell your online rental by smart phone stinks. Its horrible an if there is any other moving option available to me I will use that instead next time. The experience made me feel dumb, it felt redundant and was just plain ridiculous. Had me verify after already putting in my credit card number movers, name address, picture of my self, my drivers license and the truck. I still couldn't simply rent you had to call two different friends of mine to verify myself. That's what made me hate HATE my experience

Truck was parked in a place where it was almost there impossible to access. After 2 hours finally was able to receive the keys. Horrible experience.
justin channelMy experience was great, I can't think of anything to make it better. The worst thing was I didn't realize I needed to take pictures to return the truck. I locked the doors so couldn't get good pictures, I'm sure it was written somewhere but I missed it. Staff was awesome! She was very friendly & helpful!
Amy BurroughsFirst of all make sure they know they have to be able to verify their location in order to pick up the truck after hours. Secondly, staff needs to be incredibly more thorough in inspecting the trucks fuel levels when they check them back in as to not cause unnecessary chargers. Also, be more prompt in giving refunds. I've waited weeks to get refunded unnecessary charges. On top of the trouble I had picking the truck up and being overcharged. I'm entirely disappointed in my experience and will not recommend uhaul to anyone ever.

I paid cash at the location on a new rental other than the one I made at the Sign Co. in Miami, Oklahoma. I dont want to see a second charge from the online rental now, because it apparently never happened according to the UHAUL computer system.

Tim CousatteThe total mileage fro 2627 w Skyview Ln Cleveland Oklahoma to Miami Oklahoma is 106 miles which I drove directly non stop. The mileage fro Sheridan Rd Tulsa to the Cleveland Ave address is 31 miles. So I suspect there is a 50 mile error in recording the mileage at the drop off location. Please verify and correct and refund 22 to my credit card.

BECKY BERRYI was quoted one price when I made the reservation, then was charged nearly double when I picked up my rental. I was told it was because it was a "one way rental". They knew that when I made the reservation, yet was still charged almost double at pickup.
