Mark NTo make sure that when a customer sets up a rental and picks a location that a truck will be there and on hold for them. We ended up getting a phone call on the day before saying that a truck was not available at the location, therefor we got assigned a location that was miles away from the location needed. When we got to that location there was not the size we had requested and had to travel another 30 miles to another location to get the correct truck. The only thing that was done was more miles added and still not enough to cover the actual miles. We ended up having to pay extra. Nothing was ever offered to cover all the extra miles that we had to drive out of our way to finally get to the van and back to where we picked up the load.
CHARLES QThere was a dent in the passenger door on pick up, I tried to upload a photo, but the system just did not work. I did make a video of the entire truck, that included the dent. It was noticeable but had not impact on the vehicle.

brittany rThe trailer had a bad tire (out of balance) or bad wheel bearing. Surprised previous user did not notify them at previous drop off. Very nice people at pickup and drop off location. They are now aware of the issue.
James BI was told the facility would close at 2pm on 10/7/23, the date the equipment was picked up. The equipment was back at the facility at 12:54pm but the facility already closed. I attempted to call and resolve the issue but no one answered and no one ever returned my call. I would not recommend this place to anyone to rent equipment.

Lillie SRude associate. Kids running wild through store. Advertised a return time then at pickup made return time two hours sooner. Asked if we could return later (as we had booked to return later) and the male associate said yes, but the female associate argued with him and said no. Tank was only half full, and tire pressure was low when leaving. Truck was very dirty, and due to time limits we paid $150 to get half of a job done.

radhika wNothing really. Despite a few bumps with my reservation a few days ago being cancelled for a no call no show the day before, it went well. The staff at the location was very friendly and was able to get the vehicle to me quickly. The truck was in amazing shape and drove well.

Suzanne JWe arrived they hooked up the trailer we left in heavy rush hour traffic to find down the road we had no trailer lights we called where we rented to be told ya I saw a prong broke off your light adapter that's probably it ( why was lights not checked) when we got to where we were going to load the door would not roll up only about a foot so I slid under the door and worked the door and me and my wife finally got it up same problem when we arrived to unload. All in all very disappointing experience
Sandra EThere was no direction to parking nor were we greeted outside by anyone to direct us. Signage is poor so it was a guess if I was at the right building or in the right area.

Jason MThe employee stopped me before I could enter the establishment took the keys and check the truck after I had completed the checkin process. No offer of the receipt and only talked when I asked if there was anything else he needed from me.

tiffany DNot happy I had to pay $63 deposit then was told I would get all of it back, then when I did the drop off online I was charged $15 for cleaning. Nobody looked at it but your still charging me. Trailer was clean so y'all basically stole from me. How can you charge a cleaning fee when it was clean?

Harold NThey were just doing their jobs but my gas in my opinion was right where it was or very close to it and they were going to charge me 30 dollars to go from a little over a half to a half and 5/8. Kinda ridiculous.

Teresa BPut up a big sign with UHAUL out front so folks can readily find this location! I pass by regularly and yet had I now seen the trailers off the road I would not have found it! Can't turn around to get to it!

Joshua UWe rented for 1 day but charged for 3. Leah at misstate said she fixed it but yet my charge of 60,28 was added to a charge of 120,76 so I paid 181.84. I told her if the person doing the transaction had paid attention rather than messing with all the children they had there it would not have happened, so she hung up on me. VERY UNAPPRECIATED! We also had to sit for 2 hours because a tire blew out on the trailer we rented. She told me she did a refund but there is no sign of it. I think I deserve a full refund.

David TI’m not happy that there is a large deposit amount on my credit card that has not been debited back to my account since the uhaul was returned and in perfect condition I won’t use this company again
McKenzie OWhen trying to drop off no one at that location would answer the phone. Left several messages and never received a call back. Attempted to drop off on Sunday but their gate was locked. Had to unhook the trailer and leave it in my driveway so I could go to work. Luckily there was someone there on Monday when I got off from work and and reconnected the trailer to drop it off. Was calling on Monday too and got voicemails and left messages before I went it drop off again. Lucky for me someone was there to receive the trailer. The employees stated the Owners were on vacation and forward the phones. I've used uhaul many times over the years and have never had a location that I could not reach it or do a after hours drop off. Very very poor customer service.
GARY KThey were awesome! My truck pickup was moved 3 times and kept going out to someone else. They worked hard to make sure I made my deadline to get moved. !! Very understanding to my situation!
