Great place! Easy to get to truck so early in the morning, just a couple of clicks, then go! Very friendly on the phone and great price!

James HayesI have rented two tow dollies from this location over the past two months. The personnel were very good and accommodating. However, today I noted a second charge for my second rental with a late fee attached. I did returned the equipment as requested and to the location identified for the return. I am disappointed that this has required additional time for me to respond. The equipment was difficult to use. Much more so than should be required. The springs on the release bracket have been replaced with springs that are too large and strong. This makes releasing them to drop down the ramps to drive on too hard to release. Also, the brackets to ratchet the straps to hold the tires in the wheel well are not operating properly. This required an inordinate amount of time to load and unload the vehicle onto the equipment. Rather than bill me for an additional day--which is an error-- I should have gotten the rental at a reduced rate to compensate me for my additional time and effort.

Stacey IvyPreviously this location was excellent. This time, the new employee was terrible. When I went to the location to arrangefor a trailer the location was closed at 10 am. I called the location and my calls were never returned. I arranged for the trailer through the 1800 Uhaul number, when I got to the location to pick up the trailer it took 30 minutes to get on the road. The employee did not help get the trailer ready for departure but I had to wait again for her to allow me to leave. The employee does not understand customer service. I will not return to this location

John PoolWe spent so much time trying to find the keys to the 20 ft truck then ended up with a 15 ft truck. Lost one of my helpers because I was late and I was told my cost would probably be no more than $66.00. I was suppose to have the truck a whole day but the reservation said 4:PM. Contacted the office about the time which was changed and my bill ended be $93. And changed. I wonder how many other people have had this same problems with U-Haul. I will be checking on Facebook

Rashad LewisFirst of all, Nicole helped us with the rental and was very courteous and professional. Even though she was having internet issues, she handled the check in & out quickly and smoothly. She is a great asset to the UHaul business! During our time with out UHaul trailer, we had a flat. This was handled through UHaul and our assistant was kind, courteous and professional. He stayed in touch throughout the process of getting the flat fixed and us back on the road. I just wish I remembered his name so that I could mention him here. Overall, our rental was very easy and enjoyable thanks to the professional team with which we came into contact. We will definitely use UHaul whenever we move. Much thanks to the UHaul team!

John PoolThey did not have the appliance dolly or blanket I had ordered. The car dolly did not match the pictures of the previous use, the straps on the car dolly were worn down and unreliable to secure a car for an 11 hour drive, the taillight of the dolly went out an hour into the trip. The cab of the truck was not clean. It was covered in dirt, crumbs, and trash. Overall horrible experience and made the move incredibly more stressful

John PoolThe girl there knew absolutely NOTHING about the truck. When I asked about anything, her reply was "I don't know." No attempt to look any answers up or help in any way. It was appallingly bad service. UHAUL, TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!

Sherry TaylorMiserable U-Haul experience. I reserved the truck pickup at another location and was moved, without my consent, to this location. Staff at the original location was bewildered when I showed up looking for my reserved truck. 414 Cox location was in 25mph construction zone, staff was friendly and had a truck, but I was still behind schedule. Ultimately, I didn't get to use the truck for the purpose I rented it for because of the change in pickup location and to drive time/route changes. I put a bunch of miles on the truck, wasted gas money, wasted my time and the people's time I was picking up a purchase from. Because of running so late, their time did not allow for the transaction to happen. Truck sucked, no cruise control, mirrors wouldn't stay adjusted, sounded like the engine was struggling sometimes even with no load regardless of tow/haul or no tow/haul settings. Your asking for what you can do for your next customer, how about making the situation right for one you have monetarily hurt? I would honestly like a refund and additional compensation for my wasted time. Don't send an email with the reservation location and then change reservation locations. Don't change customer pickup location without direct contact and consent to do so.
Brian SaundersI paid for furniture pads but they were not in the truck. I was charged a cleaning fee and the truck was not dirty when I returned it. The truck was not well maintained. The check engine light came on while I was driving it back to the store. I will not be using this location or UHAUL again.

MICHAEL R. YOUNGChange the way you do business. I had a 15 ft truck for 6 hours. It ended up costing me $200.00. Why charge $29,95 for the truck then tack on 0,99 cents a mile. I went 97 and was charged for 112. Then it cost $50 in gas. I feel like was charged entirely to much for the price.
