Manuel RI was supposed to pick up my truck Friday evening 5:45pm however when I called at 530 to tell them I am on my way no one answered, I called 3-4 more times without answer, I arrived at the lot and no one was inside, I left and got a call around 730 asking if I was still picking up the truck. I scheduled to pick it up at 830am and lost a whole evening of moving my belongings, when I picked up the truck I confirmed their number and proceeded to rent the truck; it had dirt, gravel, wood and small miscellaneous trash inside the cargo area. Overall, my experience here

Ricky BThe equipment had mud up the fender and on the trailer. The biggest issues one of the straps was cut so short it wouldn't go over the tire into the ratchet. I called the location and was told to use one of my own straps. Then told I can go pick up another trailer when I was about 45 minutes away with the car on the trailer. I finally let out all the air of the one tire and kept moving the car and got it to secure. The equipment should be checked before renting it out.

ERica SThe location is not the issue. UHAUL making.my reservation here which is 45 mins away is the issue. Email showed a pickup 5 mins from home. When I arrived the day of the move I was told my pickup was not there.
Antonio BThere was no signal on the employee's computer, I left 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The first truck they gave me was on empty and she asked if that was okay. I asked if the truck would make it to a gas station she shrugged her shoulders and asked if I wanted a different truck. I did get a different truck with half a tank, once I hit highway speeds it felt like the truck was going to fall apart.

Michela GMy experience was great. I did not have a reservation and they were still able to help ma and they did it very quickly. The young lady that helped me in the morning was very helpful and had a smile the entire time. There was a young man that helped me when I returned the truck and he was very nice. I pulled up and wasn't even out of the truck and he was there to help and make sure that everything went well. Great location, I will definitely go back the next time I need a truck.

Rodolfo VEveryone was very polite and helpful. My only complaint is with my actual reservation. I was suppose to pick up truck at van buren location and the morning of I was told my truck wasn't available now and that I would have to go to the corona location on Temescal road. I had to call and change it this location in Eastvale/Norco because it was toward where I would be using it. It was inconvenient to have to start the morning like that.

MARY CBefore I left the attendant said I could come back with the tank 3/4 full since it was just above 3/4 when I left. I returned it with 3/4 tank. They then charged me for $14 for 2 gallons of gas. Not happy Will never recommend them

Trycia LSuper kind folks running that place. Came here last minute on moving day when Budget messed up with a truck that didn't pass inspection. Not surprised as that truck looked pretty beat up. Your trucks were in way better condition plus the great service, doesn't get any better. Thank you for being there when we needed you and may your rental business continue to prosper.

Meghan MDespite having clear notes in the system and me returning it in less than 24 hours, I was charged for a second day and then was forced to spend hours on the phone calling multiple people to get it resolved. U-Haul corporate also made an error with my reservation that resulted an additional $40 out-of-pocket for gas to bring the vehicle back to its pick up location. I was originally booked for a one-way truck only to be told it's not available when I arrived.

Bharatbhai VMy only feedback is for the location to check the vehicles thoroughly before renting. My van had a low tire pressure light on as soon as I started it. The location switched out my vehicle with no problem; however, it could have been avoided had a check been done prior to my arrival. Overall, I was pleased with this location and the service received.

WILLIE B | Expérience généraleMy RV was vandalized recently along with several others which were broken into. The facility is not well-light at night. There is no longer a fence that separates the facility from the neighboring park. Then I come to find out an RV was stolen at the beginning of the month and still, no changes were implemented for better security and safety of our personal property. I am sorry to say...NO, I would not recommend this facility to anyone that cares about the security of their property.

I would recommend this facility based on price and location. The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Thank you for finding us a spot to rent. The location made everything convenient.
