KIRK DI originally went to the Coram location. Made a reservation. They called me on my way to pick it up at 8.am to let me know if wouldn't be ready till 2:30pm. I couldn't wait that long and after a testy conversation with your rep. Who called to "go over my options" which there were none, it was literally my only option. I went to middle island that is maybe 4 miles down the road. And they accommodated me. Seems like it could've went a lot better.

chris mThis was not a U-haul facility. It was a tool rental business that also rented u-haul trucks and trailers for u-haul. U-haul changed my reservation late in the afternoon and switched my pick up location to and hour out of my way. I was contacted by text message. U-haul customer service was of little help on the phone and made me wait on hold for 30 minutes. I made this reservation 6 weeks ago and checked in a week before my reservation. The trailer should have been transferred by U-haul to the pickup location as contracted. I feel U-haul inconvenience me to go way out of my way and add 2 1/2 hours to my move and used me to transfer the trailer for them at my expense. If you rent from U-haul in the future be aware they can and will change your reservation at the last minute, so be prepared to change your plans.
Joseph LEddie was very helpful explaining how to use the car towing equipment. We needed to call him while traveling and he walked us through how to drop off the trailer. Excellent service! No improvement needed

Michelle WI am disappointed that no AAA discount was available when I booked our truck, according to the employee. I feel that should be constant for all AAA members . In addition, the dolly was not helpful and quite small. I was under the impression it would have been larger. I also feel the charge for furniture blankets and the dolly is excessive. Those fees should be , at the very least , partially refunded to the customer upon return.

Kevin nThe truck was in excellent shape, except that the windshield(interior) was filthy. Once I cleaned it, my overall experience was excellent. The only reason I picked up at this location, which was far from my original choice, was due to truck availability.
