ALEXANDER W.Nothing to do with Middle Road self storage but with the Uhaul reservation system. I had selected this location as my drop off, was given that in confirmation, then on day after I was in possession of trailer and on my way to Florence AL, received email from uhaul to drop off at different location. I did drop it at Middle Road after hours on Sunday, then when I called office at Middle Road on Monday morning she told me I would need to take it to other location or be charged an extra fee. I called uhaul and after waiting approx 5 minutes for agent, she was able to change the drop off location back to Middle Road.

randy R.Every trailer should have a trailer jack ??? You have to lift it up to put it on your ball and pick it up to take it off. My wife can't do that??its a huge safety issue on un hauls part. Put trailer jacks on the trailers. They are cheap to put the on . Reduce your liability.

DONALD M.5 min after I left with my uhaul., it came off the hitch in the middle of the road. It scared me and my kids to death. The hitch had not even been patched correctly. Several men stopped and helped us. Thank goodness. I went back to this place and explained what had happened and they didn't even offer me a discount or anything. Just said they was sorry. So no, I do not recommend this U-Haul place at all.

Steven H.Rented a tow dolly to pull my sons car that had broken down. During my return home trailer lights went out. Had to call and wait for a friend to follow us home due to no lights. Lights were working at the beginning of the trip but suddenly went out. Not sure if was due to my pig tail or dolly wiring.
