The inside of the truck cab was muddy, but otherwise the truck was in good shape. I'd ordered (and paid for) the use of 10 moving blankets, but none were provided. The touch-free pick up was relatively easy and very convenient.Bill B.

Over charge me by more than 360 and I only went a total of 94,2 miles in three days in the u haul, paid 212 up front from my debit card said I only paid 191 when my bank statement shows otherwise, then three days later deviled my card for another 206 and sent me an email to pay an additional 360 by the 16th that's over 600 in fees to move 14 miles from there location, went in to the really didn't help resolve the issue with u haul customer service over the phone so now I have a dispute in with U haul for the extra charges I shouldn't be getting charged for. Tried to say I drove u haul 267 miles when I only went 94,2 miles in it. So not very happy customer right now, hoping to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Waiting on call back from local u haul manager Stephen here within 72 Hrs.BEATRICE M.

To whom this may concern, I refute the extra mileage charges & request they be waived. Our pickup time was 9:00am on Saturday April 4th. We started our check-in process via mobile at 9:00am, submitted the documents requested for verification and by 9:03 was on the screen that says â€œplease wait while we review your eligibility (I may not be exact on the verbiage here but you get the idea)â€. There's a chat box at the bottom in case I need to talk with someone from U-Haul & a 1-800 number to call with as well. Nothing was changing on the screen so I began to use the chat box feature at 9:08, I messaged at least 4 times at about 5-10 min intervals to no response. At 9:29 I called into the 1-800 number on the page & waited on hold. I also used my other phone to call the office location in Middletown a few mins later & was placed on hold. The Middletown office number picked up first & the person I spoke with got me the keys by about 9:40 am. We were on a strict time table & needed to leave the Middletown office by 9-9:10am. Almost 40 mins for a mobile pickup forced us to stop at our destinations out of order & go over the 79 miles in mileage that was part of the rental agreement. If 40 mins is to be expected for mobile pickup, that needs to be stated somewhere so we book an hour early to allot for that. Also, in the receipt sent, it says we used it an extra day & we were only allotted 70 miles of mileage. We returned it same day in Chantilly VA & our rental agreement said 79 miles. These numbers are just plain & simply wrong. Thank you for taking the time to read this & look forward to your positive response.Kelsey C.
Uhaul was covered in mud on the outside... tires were literally coated in mud. We paid for an appliance dolly and a dozen furniture blankets... Those were not left in the truck as they were supposed to be. No dolly and no blankets. It was sunday so there was no one to correct the issues. Unacceptable.Shawn G.

I made the reservation at the Strasburg location, and then when I went to the Middletown location to pick it up, all of the equipment I ordered wasn't there. I didn't receive a phone call or text to give me a heads up which created a huge headache on moving day.RACHAEL R.
