This was our predetermined, scheduled drop-off point. We had rented a trailer, they refused to take it and sent us 12 miles farther away.
Francis WCONTRACT NO# 75007776 What was contracted was for a small 4 x 8 pick up truck with a motorcycle trailer. What I received was a MOVING TRUCK. WHEN ENTERING THE VEHICLE, THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON THE STEERING WAS TERRIBLE AND I WAS TRAVELING FROM NAPLES TO MIAMI FLORIDA. THE VEHICLE THAT WAS RENTED TO ME SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE ROAD. IT WAS VERY UNSAFE. I NEVER USED IT. IT PUT TREMENDOUS STRESS ON ME BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT THE VEHICLE THAT I WANT TO RENT, IT WAS NEVER SUPPLIED. Eric SWas told by employee to pick one of 3 drop off locations none of which as anywhere hear me. He told me to call uhaul and try and chance it. Shouldn't that had been his job??
Edward HThe trailer was clean and in good order with the exception of the light hook-up. My husband had to go to Walmart and buy a 4 prong (?) for the lights. It would have been much better had the location had some for sale.

Greg KI find it gouging to be charged $8 for gas when I went round trip about 6 miles. To me that is total gouging. I live across the street from Mid Gurard Storage in Naples, I would like credit for the $8, call me at 908-403-7675.
CRAIG VThe dolly was not in proper working condition when I picked it up. Did not realize that it was not working until I had to load the car on it which resulted in a return trip to the rental location.
