Service was good but the price was outrageous. Shouldn't have to pay for four days when I only had it for one.

Alonzo T.Improve pricing. I spent twice as much on an in town move with 4 movers moving about 6 rooms. This love cost me about $1000 for 1 room of furniture that I had to move myself simply because it was a one way move. I returned the truck before it was due with fewer miles than estimated and did not receive a refund for overage charges.

I had to make multiple stops due to the fact this truck felt as though it's about to fall apart! The entire ride was extremely bumpy! My Children were terrified ! Crying ! I had to call Uhaul 800 number to get this fixed SO UHAUL BETTER CREDIT MY CARD OR IM DISPUTING IT!!!! she had my reservation under a one way and it clearly reserved was for 1 day and to be return to the same place UHAUL NEEDS TO PUT A REP IN MIDGARD STORAGE

JOSEPH J.Make sure that the reserved truck it's actually at the location so the customer won't have to go to multiple locations to pick up the reserved uhaul and then also have issues when dropping the uhaul off.
