Amanda AFrank was very rude and hostile. Did not offer help with UHaul check in. Once I decided to go into office, Frank implied my family and I were trying to rob the place. Yes, I'm black. Frank also implied that I attempted to commit fraud because my card was locked during the transaction for going over miles.

Greg BStorage/rental place was great along with the friendly and helpful staff. But on the other hand your truck was horrible and should've been sold or junked 30 000 miles ago!!!!! Truck EL 1069 B Truck would barely reach 55mph due to MULTIPLE PROBLEMS!!! Had transmission problems, possible misfire causing WASTED GAS AT MY EXPENSE, every time stopped in Drive felt like it was going to die and was shaking. Has possible bad bearing or bubbled tires and once achieved 55 mph which it barely made would shake all over the damn road!!! THIS THING IS A DEATH TRAP AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM SERVICE IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Oh I forgot to mention the AC problems... So the AC would run a minute or so and cut out for 5 mins or so, then run for another 2 minutes and cut out again!!! IT WAS 113 DEGREES YESTERDAY WITH THE HEAT INDEX!!!!! Who wants to move out of storage sweating to death only to get in a damn truck with basically NO AC, drove with the windows down the whole time!!! So much fun in your garbage truck..... This is so disappointing, WE DIDNT EVEN GET TO FINISH OUR MOVE AND HAVE TO NOW PAY ANOTHER MONTH OF STORAGE AND RENT ANOTHER GARBAGE DEATH TRAP WITH NO DAMN AC!!! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!?? THIS IS BULLSHIT AND NOW WE HAVE TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE AND ALLOWING THAT THING ON THE ROAD. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!

Nathan KI paid hard earned money to not be able to use your product. The lights were not working properly. I had a mechanic look at it and he did not want to tear into your trailer. He said the lights on my truck were working properly just not the trailer. I was not able to use it but I paid for it.

We had to extend our truck rental this time and Frank was able to accommodate us even though it was the last day of the month which is very busy. We will use MidGuard on Mall Drive again :)
