We had a scheduled return day and time at Electronics Etc on Ocean Highway in Pawleys Island SC We arrived on time and were told they had no room and that we would have to take the trailer to the next dealer up the highway There was a 2 spots available to park the trailer at the scheduled drop off location Thank goodness the employees at Midguard Storage were much more helpful. They had as much inventory, however they allowed us to drop the trailer and they actually helped us with the drop off.

I was contracted to drop off at the Electronic Shop in Pawleys Island, but they did not want to take the trailer because their storage area had too many trailers. I went to Midgard and the attendant helped me out by calling the regional manager to allow me to drop the trailer off. The attendant unhooked the trailer. Excellent service and I will conduct all future U-Haul business with Midgard.

The trailer cleanliness was about an 8 out of 10. It could have been swept, but wasn't. The outside was perfect.

I had reserved an appliance hand truck. When I picked up the trailer, the attendant informed me that they did not keep appliance hand trucks to be rented. I had to settle for a regular hand truck. Had this information been made available to me when i reserved the trailer online, I would have made other arrangements to rent one from another source.

We rented a 10' truck. The inside cab area was filthy dirty and needed cleaning before I could even think about putting anything it in. Not cleaned and certainly not sanitized in any way. The driver side door leaked water when it rained.

This was a change of the pickup location from the original one given me. The trailer that I was supposed to get was returned to a different location. So they found one for me in Pawley's Island. A little further, but not to bad.
