I was supposed to be picking up truck AND trailer together but when I arrived I was told they didn't have my trailer and that "this uhaul thing isn't worth it" by the guy working. 3 phone calls later on my own - not by the customer service rep behind the counter. I found out that my phone number didn't get updated in your system so you sent a text to the wrong number telling me that my trailer had to be picked up at a separate location approximately 30 minutes away.

The location did not perform a walk through of the vehicle with the customer for any damage. I would assume this would be a requirement before leaving the lot.

I reserved an appliance dolly, but found out at the last moment they had no dollies on sight. How do you take a RSVP but not have the equipment? I gave an estimated mileage and was told I wouldn't be charged for what I didn't use. I was still charged even though I was easily 20 miles under the estimate. I was given zero information as to my final charges with said mileage. I was then charged an additional charge that didn't show up until the next day with zero explanation. Perhaps had the guys actually checked the truck in instead of just taking the keys, I would've known about their shady dealings.

I have a picture to prove the gas tank was left at the same level as it was upon pick up. Regardless, the drop off location charged me for additional gas.

i have rented from uhual for years and most recenlty two weeks prior to this rental. However, it took me ovber 30 minutes for mobile check-in and required me to have a friend wake up early on a saturday to take a confirmation call from uhual on my behalf. Why was this necessary after all my rentals which were ALL returned and paid for on time!!!!! i am not happy at all and will rethink using uhaul for our next event in september if this is the new norm.

Send everyone in the York/Rock Hill, SC area to this location. Midgard Self Storage. Mr Charles was more than accommodating and cordial. Third party who spoke only truth and upstaged your own employees.

When I arrived, I was told that the appliance dolly which I reserved two days prior was not available. And that the employee that took my reservation had been terminated. Overall not a good experience. Will rent elsewhere next time

Don't harass customers when they keep vehicle longer than expected it's in contract that it's paid by the day and milage. Don't lie to customers saying that they don't have to pay till next time uhaul is needed then charge me anyway and take a 40 dollar late fee after I was told that I wouldn't need to pay till I needed it again

Everything was perfect! FAST pick up, GREAT PRICE! My only complaint is with the corporate return site. It is NOT bad; but a bit tricky to navigate. The verification code kept saying it was expired. But on 4th try, l got it! Next time (and I will use this location again!), I will understand the online return better and will have no problem! Everyone has a learning curve! THANK YOU U-Haul! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION! GOOD JOB!

Always have the vehicle with a full tank of fuel when picking up. Also this vehicle was clean but many are very dirty inside when picking up. I've had to use for business several times lately in the last several months and cleaned them out myself before using.

UHaul corporate had horrible service and policy. Although this location had helpful personnel, I would not recommend UHaul to anyone based on how you screwed me over by changing the pick-up location last minute and not having any supplies that I had reserved 3 wks prior. Yes, 3 wks. Just to be clear, I would NOT recommend Uhaul based on how you treat customers. Go screw over someone else.

Terrible experience. It started with the app not working and ended with a fraudulent charge. When I disputed the charge, the representative lied in writing about the charges. I am disputing the charges and will do everything to review this experience poorly in the public domain.

Return was a nightmare - request to set up an account to return the truck is not a good idea - not customer friendly at all. I will not use U Haul again because of that process.

I reserved a truck at another location, and it wasn't there. I had to come to this location to complete my move. It cost me alor of time and money because of the milage difference. Uhaul wouldn't deduct the mileage from my bill.

The truck that was rented to us had a bald tire, didn't see it until we were loaded. Called the local Uhaul and they gave us national number. Then the nightmare began. Transferred from one number to another only to be put on hold. Finally had to do everything on line. Long story short, after almost 5 hours road side came out and changed the tire. He apologized for the delay, said Uhaul gave him the wrong address. By the time he left, it was too late to begin our 432 mile trip. We had to postpone all scheduled plans by a day. I will be writing a letter.

Need better lighting over the key pickup box so you can see the keypad better and the box itself was hard to open and it wasn't clear that we had to turn the knob while pulling down the pin to open. Not location specific feedback, the app is problematic, especially with the return option.
