The check in process was an absolute nightmare. I lost probably 15-20 minutes of my reservation time on the phone trying to "verify" additional contacts.

Brandon VEquipment Clean: The floor of the cargo area was very slippery, like an oily substance was spilled and wiped up, but still coating the surface. Equipment not ready at scheduled time, delayed 30 mins. Able to upgrade truck to get a ramp at last minute. Staff pleasant and professional.

Montaine WRented truck and furniture pads on February 15 from the Midgard Self Storage location in Vinings GA. Received invoice next day and saw that I was double billed for furniture pads. I called the next day on the 16th. Was told that a refund would be issued for the duplicate charge. Called the Midgard Self Storage back on the 27th to ask about the refund since I hadn't yet received it. Was told that I would have to call the UHAUL 800 number because they no longer had the information available to inquire about it. It was also suggested that my bank may be the holdup. Not going to pursue any further with Uhaul. Will handle through my credit card company.

Lee MGet rid of the mobile after hours check-in. I was at the location to return the truck at 9pm, the app wouldn't detect my location on an iphone despite location services being enabled, and this made the return process frustrating and time consuming because the technology didn't work. The experience as a whole was very good.

TEQUANDA LIt was an easy place to pickup and the equipment was clean but it is secluded and pitch dark at night if you're returning. I did not feel safe at all.

Carlos CI only saw one employee there but he was very helpful and generous with us. We had a very difficult time getting ahold of this location's phone number though and ended up having to go in person to ask questions.

Jorge BYou were out of moving blankets which I initially ordered, soI had to borrow from a friend. I only knew about this before I arrived because I stopped by the day before to confirm my reservation. If I had just shown up that day, I would have not had blankets needed to move fragile items. I suggest you have a surplus on hand.
Christopher RThe truck was extremely loud and I assume had some issues due to the engine light being on. Also I would expect for the truck to be filled above the quarter tank mark as it required extra time for me that morning to go fill it up.
Natalie AThey didn't have the moving blankets or the furniture dolly I ordered and I wasn't informed of that until I picked up the truck the day of the move. The truck only had a 1/8 of a tank, but they tried to tell me it had a quarter tank (although that's not much better).

Guillermo VI rented the uhaul from the South Cobb location but on the day of pick up it was at another location since south Cobb did not have the truck. No one told me so I had to adjust my plans. Luckily it wasn't too far away but since I was on a time crunch it was a bit frustrating to have to adjust plans. But it all worked out.
Adebiyi OI selected the 24/7 share option for our rental with an 8am pick up time. I arrived at the location to see that I could not in fact use the 24/7 pick up and had to wait until the location opened at 9am. We had movers sitting around for 45 minutes while this happened wasting their time and my money. I was extremely angry.
Sara BLove the customer service and everyone who works at this location. They are super helpful and great at what they do. This is not about the location but uhauls in general as I get one regular sometimes they are filthy inside the driver + passenger side and could need a good vaccum and wipe before releasing it to the next client. I think whoever rents it should be liable if they bring back a dirty truck and should be enforced as some of these trucks are gross inside. All in all! This is my Favorite location and love the team.
Esther NPlease have a working phone for your Log Cabin Drive location. I do accept responsibility for not trying hard enough to extend my rental however if there was a working phone it may have been easier in order to by pass your 1800 number. I may have missed your calls but just as you can text to confirm the van reservation you can text to tell me that the van will be towed away. Extremely poor communication.
