Every time I got in touch with uhaul customer service (with a 40 minutes wait each time) I was given conflicting information. There's nothing particularly bad about this location other than its bring 40 km away from my requested pickup spot: I was charged extra for these kilometers despite assurance from customer service that this wouldn't be an issue.william kim M.

I needed to pick up the truck earlier than this locations business hours so I was told to sign up through the app. The app confirmed I was set up online but when I got there the morning of the pick up date, I could not pick up the truck. An hour and a half later, the owner showed up (15 minutes late) then set me up online which required more info than I was asked to provide in the original online setup. I was then told I had the truck for 24 hours but even though I returned it 14 hours after I picked it up, I was charged for two days. This was the worst truck rental experience I've had. I will not be going back to this location or relying on the U-Haul app again.NATCHELS B.

This location was fantastic! In and out with my rental in 10 minutes. The location at Comfort Inn in Bradford was terrible, I went there first because I had reservation # for a rental.. The customer service was horrible and I did not get the rental I had reserved. He was not able to rent me any type of vehicle. I left there very unsatisfied and went to the convenience store in Bradford. That was where I got great and fast service. Thank you to the Convenience store location in Bradford On.JULIALEE R.

I had to travel for the entirety of the 3 days rental enduring with the strongest and most pungent smell of chemicals and dog urines both in the cabin and cargo space. It has been a disgusting journey that I don't wish to repeat ever again! Despite I was charged for the full amount! My original reservation for the Innisfil location at 9 am. I got a call in the morning from the Innisfil location that the car was damaged and that I cant rent it out. Half an hour later, I got a call from the head office that the van I had rented was unavailable because the previous renter extended the rental period. ( already getting different reasons for cancellation) then I was told by head office that I could get my van from the Bradford location and headquarter made a booking for me. I explained that my father in law is the primary driver, and after our move to Toronto, my father in law had planned to drop off the car at Innisfil and walk to his house. He has a preexisting heart condition, and we were worried about his safety if he was forced to take an uber or taxi. Having to go to Bradford means that I should come back with my father in law in my vehicle to Bradford so after my father in law drops the can, I give him a ride home. Minutes after the booking I got a call from the Bradford location that he is in the process of booking someone else, and despite my protest that I need the van right away I was strong-armed to let the other guy reserve the car ahead of me and that I should come and pick it up at noon. When I refused, the Bradford location said that he head office had reserved the van from 11, and I was strong-armed To accept the noon pick up time; otherwise, he would rent out the van to the other guy from 10-11 am anyways and would claim that he was late. Not having a choice and seeing my pregnant wife already stressed beyond belief I accepted. I got into the Bradford location at noon, and the previous renter was late for 40mins! The punch line is when I returned the car at 6:45. The guy running the store told me to wait outside for him so he can get the customers that got into the shop after me. I will never use Uhaul and especially the Bradford location. A guy running a convenience store should not be in charge of renting cars. Selling chips and ice cream is not the same as selling rental vans and trucks.Kamal B.

The guy at the location in Bradford didn't mention anything about extra charge and I have to pay 53$ extra for the mileage total of 102$ for rent a cargo van only 6 hours it will be last time renting from this locationSAKARIAB K.

The guy did not do a walk about, he didn't check gas level and the truck was almost on empty. on my billing I was charged for gas surcharge. When I called head office to complain they were kind enough to refund me for that.Daniel G.

I was not happy to get my bill... this location changed my booking to be a 1 way and I asked if it would cost more but he said it would be cheaper...less kms less gas to drop the truck at location closer to my house. My bill was unbelievable higher...I expected less then 50 my bill was 177 I'm not impressed one bit. Everything was changed with my expectations to be cheaper nor far greater in price. 100 % NOT HAPPYTerri B.

I am very disgusted and will NEVER rent from U-Haul again! Truck was very smelly and dirty, store owner admitted it was never cleaned and in this day and age with corona going around, this is completely unacceptable and disgusting!! I am thinking of calling CTV news about it!Jimmy F.

Drop off location was a disaster. The owner was ignorant, condescending. His behavior was disgraceful. U-Haul would be well advised to take a very close look at how this location is operated. Not was the owner terribly rude, he doesn't know how to process my deposit refund. I've been to the location TWICE and still no resolution. I will never use this location again and will not recommend it to others.Glenn M.

Midtown Convenience store is a great location for pick up a U haul van rental in my experience. They were helpful,friendly,and the service was fast and easy. Highly recommended !Ngoc P.

I can't think of anything to improve the experience except if the dealer took the vehicle and did the work for me. The dealer was very professional, very courteous and fully knew what he was doing, using the latest of technology. I would trust this dealer every time. I had left my wallet on the counter and when I went back he was waiting for me to come back and retrieve -- Awesome!!!!!William H.

Uhaul changed the pick up location and the for me to pick up the vehicle. I booked for 9:30 am and it was changed to 3:00pm. This delayed my moving time and I had to pay the crew for their time while I waited. Not happy with the service Uhaul provided. Past experience was good until nowFredrick V.
The location didnt want to work on my phone so making it so I couldn't pick up the truck . Luckily I had someone with another phone with me and 40 ish minutes later we got the code for the lock box to access the truckTravis D.
