The location did not have the truck I reserved and had to give me a smaller truck

Lisa G.In the past when I've rented from uhaul the truck was up front waiting for me I've never been given the key and then told to go walk around the parking lot and find the number on the truck and when I do find it its the last one parked up in the bushes.

Corinne P.Need better locations also when someone reserves a truck or whatever it should be because you have it available. Needs to be a better system for that. Had to upgrade to a 20 ft instead of the original 15 ft we "reserved" was not happy with that. Customer service could be more helpful..

If I ran into a snafu, they would often mediate with the customer support. After hours, if was worth the long wait to actually talk to a real person through the support line. The app has several flaws and timed out every time, except for the last time.

stephen R.Terrible cigarette smoke in cab had to have windows down even though it was 37degrees. Bed was not clean lots of broken pieces of wood with nails in them. I filled tank above level as when I left yet was charged for gas!!! VERY LIMITED PARKING, DRIVEWAY FULL OF DEBRIS..

Then have us a truck reserved for someone else who had not yet arrived We were told by Sharonville office it would cost $1 000 to drop off truck there instead of original site! It was a long and unpleasant day .
HERMAN K.The lady she explained everything terribly ended up charging us 101 dollars for 31 miles I told her I will be going 60 miles and she said we would be getting money back so we get back something was wrong with the meter after 31 miles of driving it went up some how and she said she would have to charge us 9,5 because we filled it up past the line we got it we was thinking it was bull but we just wanted to be done so she minus the 9,5 from the 20 we should've got back for not going the whole 60 miles so then she came up with some more bull why we don't get anything back we just left never going back there again recommend everyone stay away from this location
ARON M.Your gas gauge is not very responsive. I stopped filling as soon as I saw the gauge start to move and it moved another 1/8 tank after I stopped fueling. Not happy about giving you all an 1/8th tank when I'm struggling to make ends meet. Gas is 3,15 per gallon. It would be awesome if you could refund me that back somehow.

JACINTA A.I booked online for 4 hours via the 24/7 hour pickup that Uhaul promotes. However, when I woke up to get the truck at 7am, I got an alert saying I couldn't pick it up at 7am, I had to wait until the location opened at 8am - so my 4 hour rental was now down to 3 hours. When I arrived at the location they took their good old time getting me logged into the system, so by the time I actually got my truck, it was 8:30 and I could only have the truck for 2,5 hours now. The reason the timing sucked is ALSO because the location told me they couldn't loan me the truck unless I promised I'd have it back by 11am, because the online reservation system books rentals back-to-back. Which is normally fine, but given I was TOLD online I could pick-up the truck at 7am, but that morning told I couldn't pick it up at the scheduled time, that was a HUGE problem. The location told me it'd charge me a $50 fee if it was late. All of this just sucks. I rented a truck for FOUR hours, not 2,5 hours and I was treated as though I was inconveniencing everyone because I rented online and used the 24/7 hour service. If the location doesn't OFFER the 24/7 servicing, DON'T offer it online. It screwed up the entire day and we got half-moved (this after the movers already failed to show up during the original moving day {not UHaul's fault}). This is a dumb service and didn't save me any time or heartache.

We have rented from MidTown Tire LLC 4 times in the past 2 years, and every visit has been great. I would recommend other UHaul locations model their services afte this location.
BERNICE T.Filling out the return report was annoying and a hassle. Every time it directed me to take a picture, I had to exit the browser to open my camera. Then going back to the browser,I would have to restart the process. Every single time. I'm not going to waste time like that again or suffer a convenience fee.

VICTORIA B.When I got there I wasn't told they don't take cash, luckily my friend had a credit card with them. The Uhaul truck was parked in a bad spot to pull out, had to go between a van parked 5ft away and a huge pothole dip in the sidewalk that lead to the busy main street which happens to be at a traffic light, couldn't see to my right pulling out so had no clue if traffic was coming or not. That is very dangerous this needs to be looked into, had someone hot me they would of said it was my fault eventhough any person pulling out from that back spot wouldn't be able to see anything to the right coming from that traffic light. And the gas meter kept jumping around so you don't know exactly how much gas you've really used, that needs to be checked
