I originally had a different pick up place but the 10" truck I was supposed to pick up was dead and wouldn't start, I had already paid $98,95 for by the way. I then get sent 20 mins across town for another truck and $165 was charged to my card again. I was refunded the $98,85 today but $27,38 was taken from my card again.

Patti Y24/7 check in did not work. Was scheduled to pick up truck at 0830, and the app told me that I had to wait until the location opened at 0900. The Uhaul representative did not arrive until 0920. Overall, check in was not at all smooth and I was delayed an hour more than what I planned.
Tyler BSketchy neighborhood. Key drop was difficult to find. Arrived after hours and had to call customer service to be guided through the drop off procedure.
