Mark WTold them I might not get trailer back until Sunday 12/17. Your company started contacting me 12/16, wondering where the trailer was and another family was waiting to use it!!! What a line of BS!!! Will not rent again from UHaul!! B

Richard IThis wasn't the location's fault, but the truck died on me while running errands and I lost some valuable time because of the engine failure. I do not fault the location for this, but UHaul has been my go-to choice for truck rental. I am reconsidering this due to the mechanical failure.

Richard IOrdered an enclosed trailer online well in advance, to be picked up one mile from my home. Online instructed me to pick up an hour away instead. Cancelled the order and called customer service. I was told that all of the trailers at my local location were spoken for. My reservation was made for a location 20 minutes away, which I accepted. When I arrived, the only thing available was an open trailer, which was not what I had reserved originally. Having no choice, we took it. Also note that there were enclosed trailers all weekend sitting at the location 1 mile from my home.
Michael JThe truck had close to 140K miles and the transmission shifting from the lower gears felt almost like whiplash not matter if you started slow or fast.

edgar bMy only comments are that the location is not on a main road, but because it is in an industrial park, it was not difficult to find. The employee checking me in and out was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
kent sThe location itself looked abandoned with overgrown weeds. The lady who checked us out was really nice. The 26' truck had the check engine light on and the door broke off the track due to no maintenance. Please see ticket 2711045. It caused us to have to pay our movers another hour.
Adam CPersonnel and equipment were great. Only negative was I was told that I had to purchase insurance for $8 per day for the 6' x 12' trailer with fold down ramp which I declined when I placed the order on line.

Walter CIts not about the location, i rent a 10” that was 19,95 plus mile on 0,99 and i only used 20 miles son my bill it was supposed to be around 40 and you guys charhe ne 80 something.

Racheal BPicked up and was not told I need to take a picture of the odometer. At dropoff I was charged for over 190 extra miles because the employees here had entered the wrong mileage at pickup. TAKE PICTURES OF THE ODOMETER or you will be ripped off.

Cindy OI submitted my reservation for in person pickup(meeting with a representative) about a week ahead of time. Apparently they changed it to the DIY pickup and no one called me. Their website and a sign on the door says every day open 8am to noon. We waited around for 30 minutes figuring they were running late. I had to call uhaul directly and they walked me through downloading the app and doing the self service pick up. Overall, this cost me an hour and I had to pay my movers an extra $100 for standing around doing nothing since it took longer to get the truck and they were waiting. My wife and I are NOT happy. Had they called us to tell us the office wasn't going to be manned, we could have gotten in and out and been more prepared.
