Wasn't informed the company that we reserved the truck from was bought out and had to go to a self-serve location that we never experienced before. Was very stressful trying to figure it out on MOVING DAY! These places should have at least 1 person there at the location to assist customers. Do not recommend self-service locations!

Excellent service à la clientèle. Hard working, polite, efficient, and an all around smooth running operation. Je la recommande fortement.
GREGORY CRANEI was told by a uhaul representative who called, to download and use the uhaul app. Not once during the transaction did the app function.
Guy CainThe lady working was very friendly and helpful
Christy KlahnLower cost my one day rental cost me 235 + 75 gas
JOHN DECKEverything Was Wonderful
Desaray BrownNobody was around when picked up or when dropped off.
CHAD CERNICHI moved cities and had to return the trailer to the the same town I left. The representative never made it clear to ask me if this was a one way trip,... it cost me extra time and gas going back and forth....and don't try to tell me I should've known, something "that" important should be asked by the rep , because I may not think of it. That's only if Uhaul cares and agrees to want to make the customer experience better. Phone Customer Service was completely oblivious pushing me off to the regional manager of the Macomb Illinois area who never responded so hopefully Uhaul cuts the dead weight!

Miguel NarvaezIt took almost 45 minutes to sign in with this company.
Linda AndrewsI had to drop off a trailer after hours. Whereas a truck has keys you can drop in a secure box, someone could just hook-up the trailer and drive off. I don't know how you would secure it but it made me nervous to leave the trailer unsecured. I took pictures of it in case I needed to prove that I dropped it off.
